I got a 2016 Jeep renegade, the compressor went out after a couple months, the technician that fixed it broke the trim and replaced only the part that was broken leaving it in two different colors, my wife had to get upset and get the owner involved to have all the trim replaced and the color matching.
Now a relay switch has gone out and again it’s in the shop, we had to push the issue to get it fixed within a couple days.only 21000. Miles on it.
I have a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500, only 60000. Miles on it, the engine had to be replaced, the staff was very good at replacing it under warranty,but again they didn’t put everything back together, I went out of town and had to buy screws and bolts to put together what they didn’t.
I found out after buying both that they are now owned buy Kia, maybe that’s why they are breaking down.
I have to say if you take anything into this shop, inspect everything, especially if it’s under warranty.

Read moreI would post a negative ten if possible. I brought my Jeep in to have a radiator replaced, because of a leak, done, no problem. Received a phone call stating that the Jeep was still overheating, I requested for them to perform some tests, in which they did not do. Received another call, stated that the technician recommended a new engine, my heads were warped blah blah blah! Now, I was born at night, but not last night and I do have a mechanical background. So, I went and picked up my Jeep and took it to Superior Motorsports in Haughton. The next day I received a phone call from Superior that my Jeep was fixed, they replaced the stuck thermostat! Read moreI had a totally different experience. Their service department is awesome. They just repaired my 2010 Wrangler the week before last. It was a repair that I had been chasing with the two dealerships in Shreveport/Bossier for over ten months. Neither of them were able to find out what was wrong.
I brought it in to the guys at Brown's and they had it diagnosed in a little over an hour and had the parts ordered within two hours. They had it repaired a day and a half later!! It had already been in the other two dealerships over 8 times and it was two days each time. One time it was 5 days they had it. And these guys in Minden found it in a little over an hour.
Everybody I ran into while waiting was really nice. They are good people!
I know who is doing my service from now on!! And when I am ready...
