KFC — Restaurant in Minden

Me and my fiancé came to this KFC and we asked for 2 extra biscuits and the manger had said alright. After that I had asked if they had sweet tea because I cant drink carbonated drinks because of my strep and they said they could and she brings the cup to the tea machine in the back and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. My husband got a dr pepper and it had no carbonation and was so flat he spit it up. When we got to the car with our food we never got our receipt nor the extra biscuits. I had gotten the famous bowl with no gravy and instead of taking off the gravy they took out the chicken and my fiancé food didn’t even look done and the biscuit from his meal was bitten out of. When we went in to get a refund because it was unacceptable for what we had gotten but the second we walk in the manger caught a big attitude with my 70 year old grandma and said it was fresh and there was no reason to return it. She kept arguing with my grandma until it almost got violent from the manger then we finally got the refund and still no receipt. They was the rudest Kfc I have ever been to and I have been to some pretty rude kfcs but...

Worst experience ever . Went to the speaker and ordered they told me to pull up then I get to the window and they wanted me to repeat the order so I did but comes to find out they didn’t put it in well they pulled me up and I waited but then they bring me my food and they forget one of my items . So I go back to the speaker and I told them and they told me to come to the window. But she said she didn’t charge me for it but I clearly said my order . And she asks me do I still want it yes I still want it and I ask for a buffalo sauce and she rolls her eyes . Worse customer service ever . Like I’ve worked at a fast food place before and I treated my customers better than they did . WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER YALL LOST A CUSTOMER. Y’all don’t go here . The last time I visited this place I had to wait nearly an hour before my order was done. It was family sized but just one order and nothing fancy. I sat on the side lines and watched as many others were coming and going. If my grandmother didn't have her heart set on chicken, I would've gotten a refund and went somewhere else. The chicken was ok, a couple of pieces looked really old and soggy. But everything else in the order was ok. Nothing special or worth waiting that amount of time for. I will say that this hasn't always been my experience there. And about two years ago I left my wallet there and returned a day later to find that they had saved it for me in their safe.
