McDonald's — Restaurant in Miner

Needs to be closed. Does not represent McDonalds service. Asked for contact info for owner and told to phone the automated number on Monday. I will be tracking down the owner or someone with authority in Corporate. The reviews about very slow service or unavailability of products or dirty bathrooms are accurate. On this Sunday afternoon stop: it was the grand slam, incuding the "park it" command from the drive thru clerk, though they were already so behind, with 3 orders ahead of us, that my pull forward was not going to help. After 10 wasted minutes and tired of sipping inconsistant/low quality iced tea, I requested a refund. One star for a seamless refund. Zero stars for condition of bathrooms, "No Coke" (Someone doesn't know how to order/restock) Or change the canisters?), poor service, long wait in "park-it", concern for incorrect order - we saw that happen to car in front of us. I had long since stopped going to McD"s because of the food quality in my opinion. Seemed that for mass producing large quantities of food, there is quite a bit of quality that is lost, in order to make it cheap for travellers. I decided to make an exception this morning to get a coffee and a steak, cheese bagel. It has sealed my known image of McD's. My caramel macchiato with whole fat creamer tasted like hot milk, with no coffee or caramel. I thought maybe the caramel was on the bottom, so I stirred it to fight for some sort of sweetness, to no avail. Still did NOT taste like coffee let alone a sweet drink. The only thing going for that was it was hot. The steak bagel was fine, other than it looked like it was smashed on there quickly because it was hanging off the bun so much that when I unwrapped it, it fell apart in my lap. service needs to improve employees just arent doing their job to their best expectations and our orders are almost always wrong. well during this past year from this original review i have now decided to take it from a 3 star rating to a 1 star rating. we went through the drive though at 930 pm on feb. 10th 2019 ordered our food and waited in line at window for 30 mins got home eat 3 bites of my burger to notice it was stil raw. yah people RAW uncooked meat. needless to say i contacted the store spoke with managment of course she wanted to replace it but aftr recieving raw meat i decided i wantd a full refund and ill nevr go back again. common human nature error is natural and excepted but time aftr time of it ovr a years time and to only end up with raw meat. theyll nevr recieve anouther dime of my money and sayn sorry an well replace it was just not good enough for me i could have gottwn seriously sick costing me alot of...
