Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Mineral Wells

Not so good. Party of 4, waited over 5 min to be seated in largely empty restaurant. Took our drink order right away, got our drinks right away and said they would return right away but the server apparently forgot us because no one came to take our food order for over 20 minutes when I finally gave up and stood in line at the counter to order for our table service. 35 minutes AFTER we placed our food order they brought us the wrong order and asked us if it was right then took it to another 8 top table that had been seated for about 15 min. I waited another 5 min (40 minutes from ordering, 1 hour and 5 minutes from waiting to be seated) then walked to the counter to check on our order and request drink refills. I was told our order was just coming out the server was just getting our marinara sauce for our table... our order was 1 large thin crust pizza, 2 orders or cheese breadsticks and dessert cinnamon rolls. My point being it was not a large order. The.pizza was hot but not cut into slices. The cheese breadsticks were luke warm/room temp. The server apologized for the delay and said they got side tracked. No one checked on us again. We ate our meal, got up to go ask for refills and finally a to go cup then waited another 10 min at the counter for someone to take our payment. $48. Not a good experience but maybe we keep coming on "off" times that are unusual. Horrible. On May 18,2024 between 9pm and 10 pm It was my first time seeing my family in 7 years and my son's pregnant wife ordered a pineapple pepperoni pizza and we never received it so I brought my receipt and the cook named Tonya ( I got the name from another employee) was cooking and came and snatched my receipt out of my hands when i turned to ask my sons pregnant wife if it was pepperoni with the pineapple Tonya the cook threw the receipt at me. I was livid and she tells me there's no pizza with pineapple and the cashier says she messed up and forgot to put the pineapple at this point everyone has ate and my son's pregnant wife is still waiting on her pizza and they are closing. The cook throws cold pineapples on our pizza and serves it to us. One of the other coworkers of Tonya was also disturbed by the service. I'm still waiting to speak to her boss. She keeps answering the phone and I want to talk to her boss I took pictures of the pizza. Look how she threw the COLD pineapples on top. I paid over twenty dollars for that pizza. I ordered two pizzas tonight. One with beef, 🍄s and 🌰s. It was perfect. Cheesy and fresh. The other chicken, jalapeño and 🍍. I checked the beef because it was on top and so I left town. I get home and the chicken pizza has hardly any cheese. The young lady over the phone did say that they would remake it. I told her I don't stay in town. When I drive into town, I just expect my food to be made correctly. I was told to bring the pizza back and that's the only option. I told the young lady, I am not driving back in town tonight. It's after 8pm. She stated that the managers told her that she couldn't credit and that they need to see if more than two slices were gone. I told her per state law, they definitely shouldn't be taking food back over the counter. Especially that's been at someone's home. 🙄 The point is that I am not burning through my gas to bring a pizza back to verify that it wasn't made correctly. She stated that she had to see it. Wild.
