Maaan 😢 I was traveling for the thanksgiving holiday and pulled thru here to get a new charging bay and batteries for my vape since I left my last one at my previous destination. I messaged them ahead of time to make sure they had what I needed. The store seemed well-stocked and the guy helping me was really nice, but the charging bay he sold me looked used and didn’t work at all. And the batteries I bought hardly hold a charge for half a day. This was a huge bummer while trying to go visit family way out in the country. I had to ask another family member to stop somewhere in town on their way and get me what I needed which was embarrassing bc they think vaping is ridiculous. I really wanted to love this place but this was an inconvenience and disappointment.

Baught a vape here yesterday afternoon(7/28) and it started auto firing last night,took it in less than 24hours later to see about exchanging it,was told there was nothing the guy could do very rude told me you’ll just have to buy another one I offered to show him the charge on my card to prove that I Baught it the day before because you are never offered a receipt with a purchase over all just very rude person will not be spending my money here again I would rather go to breathe easy in Weatherford or any other vape shop here in town over this place so not recommend would give 0 stars if it...

My first experience here was awesome. This last time they were out of alot (supposed to have gotten a shipment Monday?) and the girl behind the counter was completely unhelpful. Apparently she knows nothing about any of the products there and I should "come back and talk to Caitlin". Several other people came in and left without buying anything, with her giving the same response to them.
