We are regular patrons, always tip well and usually like it here. Last night we decided to try a new margarita that was on special. It was terrible, straight tequila and no blackberry taste at all. We told our server how bad it was and apologized and asked for a different drink. She brought us a different margarita we liked and we asked to have the other ones taken off the bill since we didnāt drink them at all and they were 14.99. She said she could ask the manager. She then told us the manager said no and she was too busy to come to our table to talk with us about it and we could ask when we went to pay. So we went to pay and told her we really didnāt want to pay for these drink that weāre gross and we didnāt drink. She refused to take them off our bill, offer a discount of any kind or even some sort of apology. I have worked as a server before and we always made sure we did SOMETHING when the customer was unhappy. She proceeded to tell us it was our fault we didnāt like them and thatās too bad. She asked us if we wanted to pay for our bill and we said no we donāt think thatās very fair. Then she threatened to call the cops since we wouldnāt pay our bill. So not only was the customer service in this situation horrid but the fact that she would threaten to call the cops over 14.99 when we come there at least once a week was crazy to me. I feel like they really donāt care about their customers at all. I would have rather left and extra 15 dollar tip then paid for a drink I tried that I didnāt like. She could have at least made it a price of a regular margarita there or maybe attempted to add more blackberry flavor to it since it was a new special they were obviously trying. Iām so sad that we wonāt be returning to one of my favorite restaurants in our small town. I have never been treated this poorly in my life...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMe and my family went to this specific location due to issues with a previous location. I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and had informed the Host that we needed a table due to me not being able to fit in a booth due to my pregnant belly. The host said there was no tables available and at first, I agreed to try and sit at a booth. My mother noticed that there were split booth and chair tables available and asked if we could sit at one of those tables instead and the host said that was fine. He then directed us to a full booth table (not what we had just requested!) and we pointed at the empty table with half booth and half chairs. He said that was ok and sat us there. Not even 2 seconds later, a woman (donāt know if sheās a manager or not) came and said that we cannot sit there because they needed the bigger table while there was no party waiting for that table and she was very cocky about it. I told her weāre just gonna leave and thanks for nothing. I have had a rough pregnancy and they basically made me feel really discriminated against for being pregnant and telling me they can accommodate but then they canāt and they were rude about it. The fact this wasnāt the first problem (in fact this was the worst) with this business and yet they donāt want to be held accountable for there actions is insane. Regardless of my mom and grandma still want to do business with them, me and my husband will not give a dime to this company anymore!
Update: I have decided to report them to the BBB due to previous issues with this company as noted in the review. I am currently waiting to hear...

Que Pasa in Minerva, Ohio, is a dining option with a focus on Mexican cuisine. While the food has its merits, the overall experience leaves something to be desired.
Ambiance: The restaurantās atmosphere is somewhat lacking, with dĆ©cor that feels cheap and not well thought out. The space is cramped, leading to a somewhat uncomfortable dining experience, exacerbated by the heat and lack of ventilation.
Menu: The food at Que Pasa is generally good but lacks the depth and richness that could elevate the dining experience. The menu offers traditional Mexican dishes, but they might not stand out compared to other local options.
Pricing: The pricing is quite high for the quality and portion sizes provided. The expensive nature of the menu is not justified by the overall experience or the food quality, making it a less attractive option in terms of value for money.
Customer Service: Service at Que Pasa is adequate, though not exceptional. The staff are generally attentive but do not significantly enhance the dining experience.
Overall Experience: Que Pasa provides decent Mexican food but falls short in several areas. The atmosphere is uncomfortable, the dƩcor feels unconsidered, and the high prices do not match the quality of the food. Overall, it earns a 3/5 stars for its efforts but leaves much room for...
