I went to this DQ yesterday and left very disturbed by my experience with an employee who clearly was not mindful of proper sanitation and cleanliness.
As I walked up to the DQ, I saw the young, male cashier through the window. While he was serving another customer, he used his bare hand to wipe sweat off his forehead and then continue to handle the customer's money.
Then, I ordered my dipped cone. He turned to prepare my cone and I was extremely surprised to see that he DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS. Not only had he been handling cash and credit cards at the cashier, but he had touched his sweaty forehead and hair. I have worked in both the food industry and the luxury hospitality industry and I know that these are two major no-no's if you are handling anything near people's food.
Finally, he handed me my dipped cone with his unwashed hands and I was disgusted to see that his fingernails were long and each had dirt underneath them. Another major no-no. Fingernails should be clean and short.
I really want to see this DQ location succeed, however, I will not be back, nor will I recommend this location, until I am certain that the management has taken firm action to ensure that their employees are obeying the standards of cleanliness for food...

The tall one, took care of me, I bought also a dairy cream sunday with caramel, when I requested the cover for my ice cream, again she told me that she didnt have for second time, ver y peaceful, with no care, I was just wondering if this acto in was intentionally, because 100% she knew that I was a muslim woman, por my dress code, it was yesterday Friday around 4:30 pm. I think was 8/25. Too early to be withouth bags for the customer to carry the cakes. And only God knows if she did intentionally, is your responsability to find out, I didnt see her at all, upset for not having the bag for me to carry the cake. She was feeling very easy, saying twice that she didnt have, open the Store. They have to make sure that they have everything that is needed to take care of the customers, their salary, comes from the customer wallet. So send a notice or warning, about the customer,...

Besides them messing up both our orders and spilling all over the counter twice, I asked for just a single brownie on the side with my turtle pecan cluster, and after waiting for about 10 mins, we decided to add another brownie and he seemed very annoyed that we asked and I asked if that was a problem he said âwell I already gave you a free brownie and you want another one I mean you can at least tip us for itâ I truly was in disbelief because for one I didnât know he didnât charge me for the first brownie! But all he couldâve done was used his words and actually have customer service skills and explain he wasnât sure how to charge me for it⊠but once I got in the car and opened my ice cream it spilled all over my car! So I had to go to different one, and they had no problem of charging me for TWO brownies! And my ice cream was solid and customer services skills was pretty damn good!
