A few years ago my husband had a kidney transplant, which meant long days at the hospital. As a kind gesture I was given a tiramisu to enjoy while staying in Rochester. Every evening after getting my husband settled in for the night, I would go to the home we rented and sit down and eat the most AMAZING tiramisu I’ve ever had. We have had this tiramisu for birthdays, Christmas, ordered for Teacher Appreciation and brought to friends to cheer them up and it always get rave reviews!! It is a masterpiece with the mix of flavors and perfectly balanced espresso bitterness with the sweetness of the cream. You can tell the level of care that goes into making each pan. It’s all about the dessert, right? Well, this Tirimisu knocks it out of the park! It is rich, creamy, light, and oh so flavorful. Mary Pat makes several flavors ( and I have sampled all!) but I have to confess, I’m a Traditional fan. The coffee, swirled with chocolate, mascarpone, and cream is heavenly!
