The park is easy to get to with multiple parking lots to spread out traffic. The paved path is easily walkable. Most of the path is accessible but does have an occasional tree root or erosion that causes the path to crack. The paved path follows the river from a short bluff above the water line. There are small social trails to take from the paved path to the water's edge. Currently there is 1 biffy I saw and permanent services have been closed for public safety (covid) so bring your own water. The ticks are out as I found 4 on dog but none on myself. Mosquitoes weren't an issue but the gnats were out in the prairie area (disc golf course).
