Joy Luck Restaurant — Restaurant in Minneapolis

This restaurant has treated me with all kinds of disrespect. I order 4 simple itemes and 2 of them were drinkd so once i order i knew i only had a 20 so i made sure it was under it so it came up to 18. So an hour later as all fast food places do lie about the time they get here i was downstairs ran when they got here try to give him a 20 and he said it was fake trying to tell him and show him that its not showing him the government stamp showing thats its real he wouldn't accept it also i tried to see if any on my family members had a 20 they didnt for him to drive off like that without believing me felt racist and unfair i even told him you can even call the cops were not that wealthy and we live in a not good environment so please tell my how or where would i even get fake money if the money has the gorvement stamp how is it fake and not to be biased he thought it was fake because it was a little wrinkle sorry that i left the money in my pants and i wash them were human tho we all make mistakes what ever even happen to believe the customer never was rude until he drove off without even trying to see if its real and tried to call the store and talk to a manger she didnt even speak English that clearly and she didnt believe me 1 bit so i hang up on her this restaurant is just pathetic and it was my 1st time ordering too great example of how you guys treat customers and if anybody was wondering i saw there menu in my grandma room so i knew she probably order from there before so i wanted to try but i guess if a 20 is wrinkle...

Tried to order and pay online from joy luck for my wife to pick up on her way home from work. They called me back to confirm and I did. Told me they couldn't process my order online? So they wanted me to bring my card and ID. I told them that actually my wife will be picking it up and asked if she can pay with her card. Lady told me no, she still had to show the card and ID I ordered with to her "driver"? Well for one, how is she going to show my card and ID when it's not with her and I have it. Kind of defeats the purpose if she has to come home and pick up the card and ID. And two, I clearly confirmed pick up. Yet she kept insisting I show the driver. I asked why would I need to show the driver if I'm picking up? But she kept insisting. Where is he going to be? In the parking lot or inside lol? The whole time I was getting terrible attitude and got so confused I just gave up and cancelled.

I use to love to order my cream cheese wontons and Egg Foo Young from this small, great Chinese restaurant but since they have drastically hiked up their prices and I'm not talking by a few cents or even a dollar on every item on the menu but $2-3.50 increase on each item, at once. Bam! I could go in and order those 2 things I mentioned above and spend approx $11-12 at most. The last time I was craving me some Wontons Egg Foo Young, which was about 3wks ago, I spent $19 for the same thing I've been getting for 6 yes now. That's ridiculous and WAY TOO MUCH OF A PRICE HIKE TO HAPPEN ALL AT ONCE. I get that restaurants are struggling during this time but so are we as consumers n customers who try to support small, local businesses n wish they would keep EVERYONE IN MIND when they do something like this. I simply can't afford to buy from this place anymore when now I'm choosing to take a bus for 7mins n get the same thing or close too the same at LeeAnn Chin or Panda Express for...
