Wendy's — Restaurant in Minneapolis

We ate at the industrial bvld location last week ordered in the car, in the parking lot so the kids could finish napping. The app sent our order to the Roseville location and we didn't notice till we walked in with our kids and sat down, feeling so hungry and irritated to have to pack the kids back into the car and drive out of the way to pick up our food was upsetting however the staff handled this with the best customer service possible! They likely read the disappointment on my face and wanted to help us especially taking note that the Roseville location has their dining room closed and couldn't accommodate us eating in. The employees and I assume the manager where quick to help my husband sort it out with the other location and serving us hot fresh and delicious food. Seriously the best Wendy's food we've had in a long long time. The ghost pepper chicken sandwiches were still crispy and the fries were perfect my kids enjoyed their bugers and spicy nuggets, everything was great. That level of service was refreshing and much appreciated...

I think this location is decent overall, but my main issue is the service. I come here often, and they always forget to put everything I order into my bag. Like I kid you not 95% of the time I can’t even put my trust into them without having to check my bag to make sure it’s correct. There was even a time when I found a fly in my drink…that also lead to my food being cold because I had to go back smhh! Most of the employees are kind-hearted so it's hard to be mad at them. But it really get’s frustrating and tiring having to deal with how often they forget things and serve bad quality food from time to time. Food is too expensive nowadays for them not to be considerate of people's orders. I believe the manager truly needs to sit down with their employees and address these issues. This is the closest Wendy's to me that's convenient after 10pm, but trust if it was another in my area I would go else where. But I really hope they can make...

The lady did not not know how to enter in my coupon but tried a couple times and said she had applied it. When I later looked at the receipt since the amount still didn't sound right, I saw that she just didn't ring up one of my items to make the total a little cheaper but it wasn't of equal value. The food was disappointing but I guess okay since we were hungry. Neither of our sandwiches was anything special (we got the new pretzel baconator and Loaded nacho chicken sandwhich) they obviously were not made fresh and our fries were a mix of fresh and cold. I had an undercooked fry in my container and my sister have a burnt one in hers. Maybe it was the time we got there since it was toward the end of the lunch rush but I don't plan to ever go back to this location.
