Starbucks — Restaurant in Minooka

This morning while I was getting my coffee I made a mistake and liked one of their coffee mug then made another mistake and bought it!! After I paid, cashier didn't put the mug in a bag or anything. So I asked the barista if I can have a bag to put my coffee mug since I was going to shop inside of jewel Osco. She told me that they don't have a bag but her face was all surprise like I asked something that they should not have. Instead of her providing a solution to her customer , the customer I said that if they have at least a cookie bag or brown bag because I really didn't wanna walk around with a coffee mug in one of my hand and disposable coffee cup in another . Anyways she gave surprise face one more time plus this time annoyed look too . Not having any bag in your store might not be your fault but the way you treated your customer is totally your lack of customer service Mss annoyed...

Completely shocked at what I just experienced. I can understand being out of an item or two. However, today I received a message on my app for a buy one get one free for cold drinks/refreshers/brews (starting at 3pm) so I decided I would pick up drink on my way home from work for my daughter and myself. I go up to place the order (3:30pm) and I am immediately told " We are limited on what we can do. We only have black coffee and black iced no sorry... Black tea." Thinking it was a joke. I asked that's all u can make?She responded "Yup that's all we can make." Needless to say I walked out without the drinks. They literally are out of everything Incredibly disappointed. Why are you even open if you cant provide services or make practically anything on your menu. Something should be posted on the doors or thoughout the store to advise of this issue. Again just incredibly...

I have eaten at this Starbucks inside the jewel osco before, and I had no complaints, I just wanted to mention that the Starbucks employees are forced to stand in one spot with no floor mats on the ground, and I saw one of the Starbucks associate struggling to Stand, and I thought that was unacceptable for whoever runs that Starbucks to not have supplied mats for them all day. I will be complaining to corporate as this is not okay. They were young workers and their bodies are gonna be destroyed if this doesn’t change. I will return just to check on those...
