I got Burger King earlier today and am now experiencing food poisoning, when I called the first thing I heard was a “welcome to Wendy’s, followed by a hello this is McDonald’s. I then asked if this was indeed Burger King and the person on the phone rudely said yes this is Burger King. I asked to speak to a manager and the person on the phone informed me this was management, I let them know I had food poisoning and asked if any other customers called to let them know food may be bad and she told me she hasn’t hear of any complaints. I asked as asking about how long their foods are stored out for out of general curiosity and she was extremely rude to me. This is the second time I’ve gone to Burger King in the last year and the other time I waited 30 minutes in line to receive the wrong food and when I went in with a receipt they told me they were closed, this company is not professional at all and definitely needs management training to say the least. Made us feel stupid when we pulled up and they asked if our meal had been paid for and we just got up there, we were so confused as to why they thought that. I knew my boss was in the car in front of me so I thought that maybe he had paid for our meal. They said they had to charge us again anyway and I had no idea why if it was already paid for? Then they said it wasn’t paid for. It was very confusing and they made it seem like we were the problem when they had confused us from the start, and they were no help to fix it while very clearly being very angry and upset at us and we had done nothing wrong. Read moreMy girlfriend went to get us breakfast this morning we had a coupon 2 meals for $5 when she went to pay the cashier threw the coupon in the trash and charged her full price .. she told them that it was $5 for the meals and they got extremely rude told her she couldn't use it because she should have gave them the code before. They were mean and slammed the window the cashier went and got her manager, manager opened the window and said code before the window and slammed the window ... then opened it and said the refund was on the card and that she had to override so thanks in a mean tone and slammed the window again then pretty much threw the food and last coffee at her and slammed the window.
