I came here because I wanted one of the watermelon berry drinks. So I'm in the drive-thru and I pull up to the speaker and ask for one. At that time I was told that it is no longer on the menu or that they don't serve it anymore which is weird because it's still on the menu physically. To make matters worse I am in a line already, behind two huge trucks blowing out the most awful smelling exhaust fumes, and cannot get out so I have to sit there and wait till I can get to the window. While I was waiting The woman in the vehicle in front of me gets out and walks up to the front of the building past the car that's already at the window and I see somebody who is in a uniform come outside. It's already hot outside and I'm thirsty and I have no idea what's going on. A few minutes later, the car at the window pools off and the lady in the truck in front of me proceeds to get her order. Little did I know, this woman had two pit bulls in her vehicle. Don't get me wrong with the dogs were beautiful however she is having a conversation, and I mean a whole conversation with the drive-thru girl. The next thing I see is the dogs poking their heads out the window and the girl reaching out and looking from side to side to see if anybody is watching her, and she pets the dogs. At this point, I'm totally disgusted because she handles my food. Granite she may not be the one putting it in the bag or anything like that but she has to handle my cup, the ice scoop, the bag... It's just gross. To make matters worse when I get to the window I ask if I can order a drink while I'm sitting at the window. I was told no that I would have to go through the drive-thru again, or come inside. At this point I'm pissed. This is not the first time that something like this has happened here. On June 16th, 2023 at 10:27 p.m. My family and I were there to order dinner, and we had already ordered three combo meals before attempting to order the last one. However, we were unpleasantly surprised when your employee, who said he was a manager and who we believe gave us a fake name, Nelson, told us that we couldn't place an order past $40 in cost, which meant that my girlfriend couldn't order her food. We called another Taco Bell location and were told that this was not a standard rule.
When we reached the window to pick up and pay for the order, we drove past to drive back around to place two separate orders to solve the problem, but Nelson immediately denied this request as well. When we asked for the reason, he told us that it's because they're short-staffed, to which my girlfriend replied, "it wasn't our problem." I also said that I would go ahead and just cancel the order. Nelson then went on to give a poor excuse for this, stating that he was just following the rules he had been given and that this was how he was trained. To make matters worse, we could clearly hear someone in the background yelling, "Oh My God" and laughing, as if we were bothering them. Despite being hungry and tired, we patiently waited in the drive-thru and asked Nelson several times for the number to corporate, but he refused to give it to us, saying that we had to find it online. Eventually, my girlfriend found the number, and we asked at the window for the general manager's name. However, Nelson flat-out refused to give us his first name, saying he couldn't give out personal information, which didn't make any sense as we were only asking for his first name. None of the employees had name tags. Moreover, we were taken aback when we got up to the window and smelled a distinct odor of marijuana. It was now clear to us the reason why they didn’t want to take an order over $40 in cost and why they didn’t want to allow us to place 2 separate orders. i ordered a $40 meal off the taco bell app and had the wrong order delivered. i am vegetarian and could not eat anything in the order. i was unable to contact the driver like you can when you doordash, so i called the store and told them the situation. the girl who answered said she was “in between a rock and a hard place” and couldn’t remake the order because they already made it and that she couldn’t contact the driver bc he was contracted through a third party (i’m guessing door dash). she said she couldn’t refund me because they already made the order, and i even offered to go pick it up if they remade it and she still said no.
i then asked if i could speak to her manager, and she said he wasn’t there so i said i would call back tomorrow and asked for his name, she said raymond (if this is really it). i asked for her name so that i could tell raymond who i spoke with and she said she “wasn’t allowed to give out names” even though she just told us her managers name. she said she was the “assistant general manager” but im not even sure if that’s true.
at the end of they day, the girl didn’t want to refill an order that was incorrect and inedible bc of my dietary restrictions, as she was extremely concerned about costing taco bell, a $15B company, the money.

I ordered on the mobile app on 5/20/23 at 10:14 pm and went to go pick it up in the drive thru line that was specifically for mobile orders. Sat there for 30 minutes watching the other drive thru orders get taken and handed to. After the non mobile order line cleared they finally came to the speaker at 10:50pm just to tell us “our system is down” and I said “I already paid for my order and I’m just trying to pick it up” to which the rude employee answered “call 1800 Taco Bell”. No I’m sorry or anything, just in a blunt snarky voice to call the hotline which isn’t open on the weekends. I called this morning 5/21/23 at 11:48 am to see if I could come retrieve my order and they told me I needed a paper receipt or else they thought I was lying trying to get free food. How would I have a paper receipt if I didn’t get my order Demarcus??? I told this man I just wanted my order and not a refund and he insisted I needed a paper receipt which I CLEARLY Don’t have because I never got my order. I told him i had my mobile receipt and he said that’s not good enough and to come back when the manager is in EVEN THOUGH I live an hour and half away and was staying with a friend for the weekend and I mentioned this to him and he didn’t care.
