The Rainbow’s End Cafe — Restaurant in Minturn

We made a special trip to eat here & it was better than we could have imagined. The cheese sticks were gooey goodness. The kids meal was a hit and the fruit was fresh and delicious. The entrees were so good we had The Pacino, The Fresh Prince and The Spicy Clucker & we would highly recommend all three dishes! The star of the day were the shakes. Oh. My. Goodness. Do NOT sleep on the shakes! The Speculaas shake was mind-blowingly delicious. 10/10

The food and proprietor chefs of The Rainbow's End are true delights. Everything we ate was comforting and delicious - the mozarella sticks with homemade ranch had phenomenal crunch on the outside and stretchy pull of cheese on the inside; the Philly's cheese was also perfectly melty and the seitan just the right texture; the ice cream and cookie could've converted anyone. This restaurant is a very special place. The owners take pride in their food, considering every ingredient.
