Was giving the wrong items also missing items from my order. I drove half way to work and than noticed i was missing my food and my sandwich was done incorrectly. I drove back even tho i knew i was going to be late to work to get my food right, i arrived there and cashier being rude after i told her what was wrong with my order, than told me i never ordered hash browns which i did and i was never charged for it, but for the inconvenience with my sandwich i don’t see why i couldn’t just be giving a $1 hash browns, than in top of that they start talking in spanish in front of me which was rude because i’m hispanic and understood everything, and what they was saying was she have to pay for the hash browns all we gonna do is fix the sandwich. I asked for the manager and the manager send a message for me with the cashier, i was surprise because i asked for the manager and she could come out and speak to me about the situation, i asked for her again and than she came out, attitude worst than the cashier. She perfered to give me a refund instead of providing me a $1 hash browns. Customer services was horrible, i work as a customer services and also was a supervisor in a fast food restaurant and thats not how you should treat customers. All the commotion happened in the lobby infront of customers there it was unbelievable. By the way told the manager i will be contacting corporate office and she didn’t care all she told me was i will take a copy of the receipt for corporate to see. Read moreYesterday, I visited a Dunkin' Donuts for the first time, as I’m a fan of their offerings. I was feeling hungry and decided to stop by a nearby location. Unfortunately, the girl at the counter seemed frustrated—perhaps she was having a bad day—and her attitude came off as rude. After paying, I received the food I ordered for my 4-year-old, and when I asked her for a straw, her expression was quite unwelcoming. I decided to let it go and left the line.
Once I started eating, I found that the food was not well-made. The drink I purchased was lukewarm, and the hash browns were greasy. This experience made me hesitant to return. However, another employee kindly offered to remake my matcha drink. When she brought it to me, I requested a little extra matcha. Samondra, the girl serving me, came over with the same unfriendly demeanor and insisted on giving me a refund instead of fulfilling my request. I told her there was no need for a refund; I just wanted the drink. Despite my response, she was very insistent about giving me my money back.
Since she was so persistent, I asked if she could refund the entire order, but she refused, responding with an unfriendly attitude. I work in customer service myself, and this was my first time feeling the need to file a complaint about someone. I believe it's important for your employees to receive proper training, and it would be beneficial for a manager to be present to supervise staff interactions.

Read moreTHE WORST!!!! Drive through girl (ISHY) at 10:45AM was eating chicken wings at the window in front of me then wiping her nose & mouth then touching my order with the snot rag!!!! I had asked if she was sick cuz she was wiping her nose and she said "oh no I was just eating." ?????? Employees are not supposed to be eating while working let alone in front of customers especially like nothing is wrong… and especially not wiping their noses without washing hands while handling food!!! Clearly no training in sanitary practices when they can affect people’s health!! She gives me part of the order then I said I would go inside for my cup (defeating the entire drive through purpose) & she gets all kinds of attitude repeatedly asking the other employee really loud "does she have a problem?? She can say it to my face!" Then turns to me as I'm leaving and says "do you have a problem?" How is this happening???? What a gross nasty horrific, non human experience. This looks like a newer location for the nasty way of dealing with everything. . Another visit the manager was on her cell phone at the window & giving me attitude when I tried to explain the order was incorrect. Another time I went 15 minutes before closing and it was a ghost town, completely closed & nobody there!!
