Subway — Restaurant in Miramar

It would've gotten 5 stars if they actually have fresh food didn't lie about the cookies with an attitude. One person even said that the macadamia nuts cookies was stale and that's after the guy making my sandwich was asking to another co worker about the cookies. I used to go there for sandwiches most of the time. Now they lost me due to the fact that the man has an attitude problem and don't give me back the money for the cookies,not with the sandwich. Thank God for the person that straight up said that the cookies are stale. I wouldn't even know how bad it was til she hit the cookie on the counter it was hard as a rock. When I walked into Subway, both employees were chatting with a what appeared to be a GM or owner for Subway. I was greeted right away; after that the customer service slid downhill. The man that was making my sub continued to speak to the manager ( who was in front of me being served) instead of being professional and paying attention to his current customer. I'm all for if you can multitask without making your guest feel unattended to; but if I have to tell you the type of cheese I want 3x, that's an issue. They are very racist in this location. I’m waiting to place my order and the manager who told me he is the owner so it doesn’t matter what my review is. The lady that was in there today she said her name is Jada or Jayla which I know she is lying she is an older lady.
