Shawarma Xpress (MIRAMAR) — Restaurant in Miramar

Horrible service. Today is my wife’s birthday and as part of our order for pickup, we ordered the Arabian mixed plate. It did not come with the dips, so I had to take over a half hour to go out and pick them up. When I arrived, the inside was dark, can’t imagine eating there in person. But got the dips (see picture) and due to having to go get there and how small they were, I asked if I could have an extra set for my troubles. The person just flat out said no, not even saying sorry, horrible customer service.

I really was excited for some new options in West Miramar/Pembroke Pines area but this disappointed. Ordered the bowl. Chicken was dry and a very small portion but decent flavor. Rice was nothing special. Salad was ok, seemed fresh. Came with pita on side but no hummus which waa listed in the description....

Food quality and taste were just OK. Ordered 2 platters online for lunch. They were ready 40 minutes after we ordered when we were the only ones in the restaurant. They forgot the pita that was listed in the online description for the platters. Salad did not...
