Just coming in I see the place is empty and the employee is doing something by the register, so I just stand and wait and wait. I ordered the tuna and told her what bread. But before I could even tell her I wanted the bread toasted first, she had already placed the tuna on the bread 🙄 and proceeded to get an attitude about it even though she did not ask me first. And let me tell you I worked at Subway many years ago for many years so I know how it goes. Even though there's been changes since, things like procedures and order of things essentially have stayed the same. One thing I noticed is this subway has the meats where you can't see them because they are behind like a little steel wall. That was very weird for me as I am sooo used to looking at what they put on my sub. When I asked her about it, she rudely replied that it was management's doing. Ok. At least the veggies were in plain sight, as I would've walked out empty handed otherwise. Bad service and not being able to see your food or what the employee was doing threw me off completely. That being said, I will not be returning to THIS subway again. I will continue to go to my Subway on NW 183rd St and Flamingo...

Paulette (So called manager) very rude and disrespectful!! Came in at 10:40 pm. Greeted by Synthia (she’s great as usual) and told her what I wanted, Paulette rudely interrupts and says “HURRY UP, IM COUNTING THE REGISTER”!! Synthia advised the oven is off. (Not a problem) Synthia suggests to use microwave to wam the steak, again (PAULETTE interrupts with “IM CLOSED, microwave is off) Time was 10:43 pm. She then told me she was the manager and the microwave is broken (Wow, Broken now I see) and I could only get a cold turkey sandwich!! I made sure she repeated that she was in fact the manager of this store and that it was protocol to close the store early and refuse microwave use to any customer, even though her associate wanted to use it!! The Jamacian morning manager is always great, Synthia is great, but that unprofessional, washed up old SEA BARNACLE, sorry excuse of a manager Paulette is a disgrace to this store. Read moreMy prior experience was bad, had an email exchange with a John Rairden (Mgr), he instructed me to contact Dawn the Operational Mgr to make things right on my next visit, he however did not himself and refused to answer my question if he was the franchise owner. Well I stopped in twice af5er the emails and there were three ladies working there the first time, none were named Dawn nor did any of them know who Dawn was or even John, so I left. Next time I came by and one of the ladies from mt last visit was there, Pauline, she still never heard of Dawn or John so I walked out again, never to return to this Subway. There is a Publix in same shopping center I've gotten good subs from before and for even better subs, there are two Jersey Mike's off Miramar Parkway, one in each direction of this shopping center, which I would recommend over Subway any day and is where I drove...
