Wendy's breakfast biscuits are amazingly good! The service at this location does need improvement though. I recently started using the Wendy's app to order. The first time I used the app to pick up in the drive-thru, I was told that "Mobile orders should be picked up inside." Strange since the app shows options for inside, drive-thru and curbside. I then went a few days later and because the drive-thru line was very long went ahead inside. There was a couple of people who were in the lobby before I entered. We all stood there for several minutes. Those ahead of me then decided to leave. I waited some additional time and was asked by the gentleman serving the drive-thru what I would like to order. He then proceeded to serve the cars in the drive-thru window. Moments later another employee approached the counter after speaking to the other gentleman in drive-thru and told me "The lobby is closed." Once again strange since I was clearly standing in the lobby. I left and had breakfast at the competition that day. Days later, I used the app once again to order breakfast for pick up in the drive-thru. I was once again told by the same gentleman that mobile orders should be picked up in the restaurant. I got my food, went around to go inside the restaurant, but the door was locked. Strange because if I had tried going inside for my mobile order, I wouldn't have been able to get my food by picking up inside like he suggested. I really hope that this employee receives the proper training on serving mobile orders. Read moreWow I'm obligated to give this location a star that is not even well deserve when did fast food become restaurant waiting time if I wanted to wait for my food 30 minutes I would've went out to eat at a restaurant in line for 20 minutes then another 10 minutes to get a spicy chicken sandwich and a chili the drive thru line was like I was going to an event at the stadium so I went inside the line was about 3 people in front of me so I hoped to get serviced faster but no like I said 30 minutes for the full service so they should call this location slow food employees are just standing around not doing anything drive thru costumers are coming inside to wait another 10 minutes to get there order finally made this location needs a lot of help and as soon as you walk in it smells hello you can deligate one person to clean tables sweep and mop food all over the floor wow discussting and to think this food chain prides itself on being one of the best like I said I was obligated to give you a star so I can post this the only thing you guys had was a cute blonde cashier that had a great attitude and was very apologetic to every costumer she should be the manager to bad I didn't get her name sorry to say Wendy's your service sucks and I even changed locations it's like no one prides themselves for working for such a big franchise I will not be visiting...
Read moreThis Wendy's is the worst..the only reason why I went there today again was because it's the closest one to my house.. I'll NEVER go there again. They definitely needs some serious customer service training from the manager to crew members. The young lady at the cashier in the middle of taking a gentleman's order told him to wait a few mins so her and the rest of the crew could talk to the I believe manager that was on her out..discuss days off and vacation time for about five minutes we were told to wait so they could finish their conversation..unacceptable! When the so called manager left a young lady was left in charge, she had an issue with the cook in the back in regards to his hat, instead of approaching him quietly she stood in front of the other crew members and reprimanded him even using hand gestures, showing off as if she wanted us to know she was in charge..I was not impressed ...had it been my employee I would have terminated her on the spot. The only one seemed to be working was the lady on fries and the two young men. Guys you have to do better..employees like you will cause someone's business to lose money..no customers coming in.. no job. ...
