The last time I visited this Arby's was when they began their renovation. I wouldn't have gone there at that time if I'd known, since I planned to dine in rather than use the drive-thru. In my opinion, a restaurant shouldn't stay open during renovation projects. Having worked in restaurants during such construction before, I can confirm it creates significant issues for the staff that no amount of plastic sheeting can resolve, and ultimately, that affects the service quality. This location was no exception—when I went, the food was clearly mishandled, and despite their attempts to fix it, it still wasn’t right. After an excessively long wait, I didn’t even end up eating it. So, I decided to give this place another shot now that the renovation is finished. Unfortunately, the experience was still disappointing. The seating arrangement is awful. Your choices are: perch in the middle of the room on elevated seats, feeling like you’re on display for everyone to stare at; take an uncomfortable chair facing the street with blinding light in your eyes; or sit with your back to the wall, forced to watch every single person in the restaurant eating and talking. I particularly enjoyed—sarcasm intended—watching parents feed their kid while I tried to have a peaceful meal. It feels like they’re deliberately discouraging dine-in customers, because I can’t fathom why else they’d design it this way. Unless you’re a group of 30 with the place to yourself, you’re going to feel uncomfortably close to every stranger in there. They’ve also removed the condiment station—what a shock! That’s a core part of the Arby’s experience, you fools! Almost every adult walking into an Arby’s has been coming since childhood, happily customizing their condiments to their liking. Not at this location anymore. Now, you have to specify every sauce and portion size to the staff, even if you’re eating in. The Classic Roast Beef I ordered was subpar. The meat was sliced too thick, slightly pinker in the center than usual, and somewhat cold.
Thankfully, I have two other Arby’s locations that are only a bit farther away, and I’ll be sticking with them from now on, just like I did while this one was busy making itself worse than it already was. It’s a pity, because this spot used to be the best of the bunch. I hope the woman who managed it back in its prime is thriving wherever she is now—she was proof that a great manager can make or...
Read moreI’ve been going to Arby’s for 50 years and I had the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life on June 7, 2024 at approximately 4:15 PM. I went to redeem my 5 for $5 on my app at the bittersweet location and Mr. Antonio the store manager ended up kicking me out of the store. He said he couldn’t do my deal that I got on my app. He didn’t have a button to push. I’m a senior citizen and a United States Army veteran and I got kicked out of the store personally by him. He said he did not have a button to push to give me the 5 for $5 how is this my fault? I said, how could it possibly be my fault you don’t have a button to push? He said well I’ll accommodate you and give you three for five dollars. I said no it says here I’m supposed to get five sandwiches for $5 and I’ve done everything on the app you asked me to do. He refused and asked me to leave the store. I have filed a formal complaint with customer service. I was on the phone with them for 15 minutes and they guarantee me they would turn in to his general manager. This store manager was young and arrogant. It really put a bad taste in my mouth mouth for Arby’s. I’m not stopping until I get some satisfaction...
Read moreArby's has good food you pay a little more for it but what really irritates the heck out of me is there very consistent about not giving you the sauces that you request I even requested it at the drive-up window: three horsey sauce two Abby's sauce & two bronco Berry sauce. they asked me to pull up the yellow arrow, ... Person who was at the window came out with our food, I asked did you get my sauces? they're in the bag he says... I look in the bag & see 3 horsey sauce... think I'm good ...bget home there are no other sauces in the bag😕 if I'm going to pay a premium for some fast food I expect to get it the way I like it. they did do a good job with the extra long drive-up line even though the first car took 5 minutes the rest of us got through really fast. improve on your sauce accuracy and you can get good reviews. Also quality of ingredients seem to have slipped as well & they had no jalapeno poppers I know that may not be their fault supply chain issue and all but wanted to put it out there. I'd still say better than most fast food places, but needs...
