On July 15th my husband, mother in law, and myself met with Jake Glossinger at the Curve to discuss accommodations for my upcoming baby shower on September 16th. My mother in law had reached out to the Curve about using their location for my baby shower and having them cater the event and everything seemed great. When we met with Jake, we came up with a menu and specifically told him that it was going to be a smaller party and he was absolutely fine with that...commenting that no matter how big or small, the Curve can cater to any event. As we finished up our meeting, Jake stated that it would not be a problem if we needed to make any changes to our food choices or quantities, just that he would need a few days in advance...which is completely understandable. As time is drawing near and we have a final head count, my mother in law reached out to the Curve several times via email to give a final number of servings needed and got no response. Finally yesterday (9/6/17), she got a response from someone other than Jake and who she had not delt with before, stating that our party was now too small and that the Curve would not be catering our party due to the fact that it was not profitable for them. I'm seriously at a loss for words. It is so unprofessional to back out of an event 11 days beforehand. We had already sent out invitations, had family and friends coming from out of state, AND had an agreement that it was already going to be a smaller event. I'm not entirely sure what has changed, but it is not only unacceptable, but unprofessional as well. I am almost 9 months pregnant and do not need any added stress, and yet here we are scrambling to find a new location to have the shower. AND on top of that we have to now let all of our guests know what is going on and update them with a new location address. It seems like no matter how much our ducks were in a row, it all got thrown out the window. Not only is this a representation of our family, but the Curve's as well. All of our family members and friends will be told of how poorly we were treated and how unprofessional this whole thing...
Read moreThe Worst Customer service . I been there 5 times it has good But today the 9-27-16 at 11:30 was the Worst Customer service and experience ever!!! I take my mom and Grandma it was my mom first time and her food was cold and some of mine was too and we were to say something about to the server but so taking a long time we ask a different server about it but they said to ask our server the server forgot her name but she has blonde hair. She doesn't fill refilled are drinks even when we ask her too .she only come to are table two time .one time to ask about the checks and we were still eating and I ask if we can have drinks refilled she didn't .she over change my check and when I said something about it she so Rude Said that she didn't have time for us and walk away ...we had to ask someone else for box's.... the buser keep coming back to our table even when we ask her too not I know she has a job to do but when she come and ask if we done and we are still eating our food off our dich. Read more2nd UPDATE JULY 2025: Meh.... Not at all impressed with the quality of food I received this time. Over cooked breakfast potatoes and missing items. Also, I'm pretty sure the caramelized onions were pre cooked and microwaved. The mimosa was different, nice option. But for $6.00 it ended up not being worth it at all..., You can tell they use dirt cheap low quality orange juice so the flavor sucked. Service was mediocre. Lowering their rating to three stars... ...... NOTE FOOD PICTURED IS NOT FROM THIS VISIT. ONLY THE MIMOSAS ARE FROM THIS VISIT.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Today we were served by a lovely lady named Alex. She is a wonderful waitress, best experience I've had in a long time! I ordered the Country Fried Steak, with my Over Easy Eggs on a separate plate, White Toast, Gravy on the side, and Onions in my Potatoes. So delicious!! Everything was perfect!! Couldn't be happier, thanks so much. If you're an out of towner, looking for a nice local spot to get a bite to eat, this is the place. You won't be disappointed....
