Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mission Hill South Township

I tried ordering online but that wasn’t possible so I called the first time and was told I had to pay with cash. I didn’t have cash at the moment so they told me I could do a card payment and that they’d transfer me to another coworker to get my card info. I was on hold for about 10 minutes so I just hung up. Called the second time and this time they asked for my order unlike the first time I called, they said the same thing about the card payment and I was on hold for another while so I just hung up. Ordered pizza on 12/29 For delivery estimated wait time was 30 min to an hour which is fine it was icy out and that’s why we ordered so we would t have to get out in it, an hour and half past and nothing so we called and we were asked to come pick out pizza up because they weren’t sure when it would be delivered. We went and picked it up and got home and everything was cold, they forgot our sauces also. Very disappointed because we spent 55 dollars and we expected hot food. We would have appreciated a text or phone call if they couldn’t deliver seeing out food sit there done...

Not happy with the customer service walked in to pick up my order they ignored me then another customer walked in and they ask if they can help them so I said well you could help me he said what do you need I told him I was here to pick up my order gave the name he didn't even look he just said they didn't have it when I said why I ordered it 45 minutes ago he reluctantly walked back to look and said oh I guess we do only one star cause the food was good but I won't go here...
