I ordered a delivery at 4:23 pm for 2 original sandwiches! A number 2 and 4 both with cheese xtra mayo no tomato add pickle, onions cut 1/2. I received my order after waiting 25 minutes for it went to eat it and wasnât cut in half like asked, plus the #4 has no onion and had oil vinegar and oregano! I called the store to express my concern and explain that the sandwich ordered isnât the sandwich that was delivered the staff member then said he had to speak to manager spoke to the manager and said you are more then welcome to come to store and get ur sandwich fixed I explained the whole reason I ordered delivery is because I wasnât able to come to the store. He then put me on hold for like 2 minutes come back and said okay we will remake it and deliver the new sandwich! I said thank you I am so sorry and what not! I have been currently waiting for my ONE sandwich remake to be delivered now for 45 minutes itâs currently 5:38pm! And Still waiting! I donât know why us customers have to be so sorry for OUR food being messed up but then get terrible service on top of it! This is ridiculous I donât understand! There wasnât any I am sorry there wasnât any acknowledgment that my order was messed up and that my delivery is insanely late! I am extremely disappointed with this service!    Read moreI am 76 yrs old and I had company from LeMars. I ordered 3 sandwiches and 3cookies. When I opened it, it had two sandwiches and two cookies. So I called them back and told them about it. The manager wanted to argue said the person that sacked it said she was sure she put 3 sandwiches in the bag and two cookies. He indicated that I was not truthful with him but the worker was. when I insisted I only got two sandwiches and two cookies but I ordered three cookies do you want me to send the sandwich and charge you for the third cookie?Do you want me to bring the sandwich out and then charge you for the cookie. I said I should get the cookie free for your mistake. But instead he wanted to sit and argue.So I wasnât sure whether itâs gonna get it or not. So by the time they got done. Everyone els was done eating. I will not be doing any more business with this place anymore. It Was very embarrassing . I waited an HOUR for my delivery order when I was told it would be 10-15 minutes. Then when I called to see if it was even coming I was given a really rude answer of âIâm on my wayâ and was hung up on. The bread was dry, the sandwhich was made wrong, their pop machine is ALWAYS out of syrup so itâs nothing but carbonated water, and the pickle always soaks all over the bag and sandwhiches. Thereâs also been a lot of health code issues Iâve heard about...like someone made a sandwhich after mopping with the same gloves on. Also one of the âshift runnersâ walked around without shoes and socks on?? Also the racist comments and terroristic threats that were not reported like when one of the employees told an African American employee that his grandfather was in the KKK and was going to kill her and her family?
