Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Mission Hill South Township

I ordered online said it would take 30 mins, I show up go through the drive thru to pick it up. I push the "ring" button for 5 mins without anyone coming to the window. So, I go inside stand there for over 2 mins while 2 girls are in the back ignoring me. Finally one comes over I tell her I'd been at drive through for over 5 mins, she said "it clearly has a phone number to call" wow!!!! I tell her my name to get my order, says ok it'll just be a few mins while we get it ready. Seriously? I asked why it took 30 mins if they hadn't even started it yet. She said take it up with corporate. So rude...

A year ago or so I had a bad customer service experience only one in there I said hello to the girls ignored me I said hello ignored me more. I felt kind of weird so I did a review and complained about that but also in that review, That I took down Recently recently I said you can’t beat this pizza anywhere and the owner she’s wonderful I can’t remember her name but she knows I have a prosthetic leg and she’ll go out of her way to make it so I can go through the drive-through on icy snowy days like today. The windows were froze but she got them open for me thank you, Papa Murphy’s Yummy...

On 9-23, I had my daughter pickup 2 large pizzas at the location in Yankton sd. 1all meat and 1 cheese, she brought them to me, first thing the dough was so thin and tough, 2nd thing is I have never been so sick from the all meat pizza. I was totally afraid to let my grandchildren eat the cheese pizza. NEVER AGAIN......
