Taco John's — Restaurant in Mission Hill South Township

In all the times I've been here, the food has been decent, and the staff generally nice enough. However, they're always trying to sneak in the upsells. "Would you like some queso, sour cream, or guac with that?", which are extra cost items, but they don't tell you that, and they ask it like a burger place might ask if you want ketchup or mustard. "Would you like a medium or large?", just ignoring the existance of the small, even though TJ's small would be considered a medium/regular at a lot of restaurants, and again, their medium costs more. If you don't have your guard up, the cashier will politely con you into making your meal 30% more expensive than it needed to be. TJ's has been a regular stop for me, but that's going to stop if they're taking advantage of...

Was a year ago since last time i was here i remember why super burrito wasn't supper no meat on it super nachos wasnt super nothing but chips potato ola were nasty cold if I could give no star would of will never eat here again ever last year emailed corporate and got a email from manager sorry hope better next visit well year later nasty as last time if you want good food don't stop here was $15 for cold and $3 worth of food will change review if some from manager or company can say why such bad food one would think last time a coupon or explanation why...

The food is usually great but you seriously need to upgrade your drive through speakers or something, every time I go I go there I have to repeat myself several times and i get frustrated. I ordered 2 six pack and a pounds tonight and a few burritos, the kid gave me the burritos and waited and he came back and asked if I was missing something! Obviously some communication issues going on here. Honestly the worst the taco John's I've visited followed closely by Huron's. Aberdeen is the best tho, get one of their employees...
