Haida Sandwich — Restaurant in Mission Viejo

If I could give them a zero star, I would. Been their a customer for a while, I have always ordered multiple dishes for my coworkers and I. This last time, they messed up my order by putting tomatoes in my sandwhich which I’m highly allergic to. Not only they did not refund my money, they told me to bring the food back to restaurant after hours of being purchased. Take consideration there is 3 people working and y’all no have no customers at the moment of time when I paid for it and you still get my food wrong. Also, maybe it was a English barrier for them on why they couldn’t understand what plain meant.I will not be coming there anymore. Plenty of other persian restaurants that can speak English fluently and get the customers...

The cashier's behavior was awful which left us speachless after complaining about the taste and texture of the pizza... After getting our pizza we drived home to figuring out the the pizza crust is not as it was expected... The crust was so thin that even the Naplians cant do, so nothing like the Irani pizzas that we usually look for. The pizza was really salty ( which the cashier believed it is not possible), as u can see in the picture the pizza was also stock to the box... But i believe this was sth that could be fixed... But the response we got from the cashier on the phone was awful, which left a bitter taste in our minds for ever.... We will defenitly never go to this restaurant due to their behavior and terrible...

As long-term customers, we've always enjoyed visiting this establishment, but after today's experience, we won't be returning. Our food took over an hour to arrive, and even then, it never did. When we inquired about our order, Shohre, who was assisting us, claimed that someone in our group had received it and placed the blame on us, which was not true.

Throughout the ordeal, we received no apology or explanation. Instead, we were met with rudeness and dismissiveness, both as customers and toward the other staff. The lack of basic customer service and the unprofessional behavior left us speechless.

We can no longer recommend this place to anyone, and it's disappointing to see such a drastic...
