McDonald's — Restaurant in Mission Viejo

I usually have a pleasant experience but I do not tolerate what happened during lunch. I came through the busy drive through to get mine and my family's food after sitting in line for about 20 mins it was finally my turn and I drove up and the woman on the speaker yells out "okay?" As if that is a way to greet someone ? So I began my order of three combos and three pies with 3 shakes after I say my order there's silence for about 3 seconds when she repeats none of my order and puts nothing on the screen and goes "second window " im a little upset at this point but I stay collected I tell myself im just hungry. I get my combos and they tell me the drinks are in the bag, I say thank you drive away to see that there were no shakes, just one large coke I didn't order and 3 completely different combos. I don't know if they gave me the wrong order or what, but I was treated with disrespect and then given the wrong food to bring home. I understood there was a rush but come on. Very nicely kept up McDonald's. What excited me was that they brought my meal to the table. Haven't had that done in quite a long time.service was a little slow, but since they brought it doesn't seem to matter. Employees were friendly, helpful and all had a smile. The little woman who is cleaning the restrooms in the floors worked really, really hard. Workers in this position don't get enough credit for cleaning up the mess and everybody else leaves them. I watched about an 8 year old just take the rest of his soda and pour it out on the floor His mother just took the container from him, threw it away and walked through the soda out the door. Worker then had to clean up what the boy that messed up. So sad. Bad mom! When I come back here again, yes in a heartbeat. did I mention there's a really cool McDonald's play area outside? The person at the window was very kind and gave great service but the food was terrible. We ordered chocolate shakes and they handed us a cup that look like a vanilla shake but with a little bit of a chocolate swirl sweet asked him for more chocolate and she went to what looked like a manager and they sent it back to us exactly the same and then we asked again it looks vanilla with a little chocolate can we get chocolate in it so they spent some time at the machine came back a little later with something slightly different and then the fries were cold and then I always add extra sauce to my Big Mac and when I took the bun off it was just the middle bun and the top and there was literally nothing no sauce no vegetables and no meat in between the top bun and the middle bun it was a joke and did I mention the price were called we didn't...
