I recently stopped by for dinner, and everything about the experience was fantastic. The restaurant is bright, clean, and welcoming, with plenty of seating and a relaxed atmosphere—perfect for a quick bite or a casual meal with friends.

What really stood out was the freshness and quality of the ingredients. I built my own poke bowl with ahi tuna, salmon, seaweed salad, edamame, and their signature sauces, and every bite was delicious and packed with flavor. The fish tasted super fresh, and the toppings were crisp and plentiful. I also loved that they offer so many options for bases, proteins, mix-ins, and sauces, so you can make your bowl exactly how you like it.

The place is clean and organized, with plenty of options to build your poke. Without a doubt, the quality of the products is what stands out the most.

As for the service, it’s fine but could be better. They do greet you (“welcome,” “good afternoon”), but it feels a little cold. The team is young, which is perfectly fine, but a simple smile or a bit more warmth would make the whole experience much more inviting.

I had the pleasure of trying out Pokeworks on Shary Rd. during their grand opening day, and wow, I am so impressed! The flavors were absolutely amazing, fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. You can truly taste the quality in every bite. But what really made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. From start to finish, the team was warm, welcoming, and so helpful. Shoutout to Gabby, Dulce, Jonathan, and Kaycie. You all made our first visit feel special. Your smiles, attention to detail, and kindness made the difference.
