Soulshine Pizza Gluckstadt — Restaurant in Mississippi

I always ate at the one in Flowood and Madison. This one is different. I first ordered through DoorDash, the pizza arrived like it was a day old. I attributed that to DoorDash. The next time I ordered was even worse. I ordered online and paid $18 for a pepperoni pizza. When I arrived I saw the $9.99 weekend pizza offer in The window. I asked why that wasn’t featured on the website…. I “got a refund” which ten days later I still haven’t seen. I asked for the receipt and got something that didn’t really show a refund. I then asked for the receipt he was going to throw away. It doesn’t really show a refund.

Back to the pizza, All this was happening while the pizza was cooking. I live 5 minutes away and since I DoorDash had a pizza bag with me. I get my pizza go straight home and it looks like it’s a day old. The dough is terrible. It is thin like New York Style but not chewy and crisp. It’s hard and dry. They are very skimpy on the cheese, by the time I got home it already had that day old translucent look to it. My mind did not know how to react, it looked like day old, cold pizza, but it was still very warm. Crazy! Since Jonny’s and My Pie are right there I highly recommend getting one of...

Delicious food, excellent service and AMAZING staff!! Soulshine has always been my favorite pizza places and their new location does not disappoint. The atmosphere gives a laid back, homey feeling and the staff has a way of making you feel like family the second you walk through the door.
