I want to take a moment to congratulate La Siberia and La Maliche for an absolutely exceptional dining experience! From the very first bite, it was clear that the food is not only of the highest quality but also made with love and care. I had the pleasure of sharing a meal yesterday with my girlfriend and her friends, and we were all thoroughly impressed.

I started with a Birria Taco, followed by some Mini Roast Beef Tacos and a Gringa Taco, and I must say, everything was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich, and the texture of the food was smooth and perfectly balanced. The Cornbread dessert with ice cream was the perfect sweet ending – soft, flavorful, and comforting.

What truly elevated the experience was the impeccable service. Karla was incredibly attentive and made us feel so welcomed. She took the time to explain the dishes in detail, especially since some were new to us, and her passion for the food really shone through. The atmosphere was warm, clean, and inviting, making it the perfect place for a memorable meal.

A special shout-out to Sofia, the owner and head chef, who clearly pours her heart into every dish. It’s obvious that she ensures everything is done with great care and attention to detail, which made the food even more special.

I recently visited this new restaurant and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! This authentic Mexican restaurant brings a true taste of Mexico to town, with vibrant decor, friendly staff, and, most importantly, delicious food.

The flavors were outstanding—each dish was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. I had a birria taco, which was seasoned to perfection. I also Itried the carne asada tacos, while my friend ordered the tostada Siberia, and both were absolutely delicious. The homemade tortillas were soft and warm, and every bite was packed with flavor.

The service was excellent as well. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and gave great recommendations. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in creating an inviting atmosphere and ensuring guests have a wonderful experience.

Let me start with the menudo: hands down the best I’ve ever had anywhere in Houston. It has that rich, homemade taste that instantly brings you back to family Sundays — and yes, it comes with hominy, the way it's supposed to.
