Ordered food from this location on 01/10/20 at about 8pm through Uber Eats and although the driver delivered our food at a decent time, the food was way under cooked. I ordered my son a quarter pounder and his quarter pounder was extremely pink on the inside when he bit into the burger. Upon realizing the burger was pink, I called this location to speak with a manager. When the phone was finally answered, I immediately asked to speak to a manager and the employee on the phone stated 'she' was busy right now and to call back in about an hour. I stated to this employee that it was important that I speak to a manager about food we just ordered from this location through UberEats. Instead of trying to help or get to the bottom of why I was calling he immediately told me I would have to contact UberEats. I stated to him it was about the food and not about the delivery. When trying to explain to this person about the under cooked food, he interjected and cut me off to just tell me to bring it back with the receipt. Tried asking for a manager again and then he proceeds to tell me he is "a manager he's just not clocked in yet". I then tell him I would not be able to come to his location tonight so what would you suggest. He then raises his voice and says again to "bring it back with the receipt, that's what any manager will tell you, that's even what corporate will tell you". I then ask for his name because at this point I am definitely going to report this experience and his unprofessionalism. He proceeds to tell me his name is ANDREW HIII with a very nasty attitude and then hangs up the phone! If anyone reads this for any review, please do not patronize THIS location. Not only will you get under cooked food but when you call to try to get some sort of rectification, you will also get a manager by the name of ANDREW HILL giving you attitude, unprofessionalism, disrespect, discourtesy and rudeness. The people in the surrounding areas are the people giving this location business, if it wasn't for those people ANDREW HILL and the other employees would not have a job. I ask all reviewers to please go to another location, stop giving this location your business and your money! It's very obvious management is not concerned that they serve under cooked food to customers and there was absolutely no apology for it. Let's shut this location down people! Read moreI’ve been hesitant to make a post about this location since it’s been remodeled. I wanted to give these ppl the benefit of the doubt. But today absolutely DID IT FOR ME! Came around 8:06AM to get breakfast for my husband and 2 kids. 1 car in front, ordered with the girl and she was very nice. Came up to the window to get my receipt that reads 8:11 AM so far so good. Drove up the next window and the lady gives me all of my drinks. She said if I could drive up to the next window to get my food and I said “sure” and drove up. Another girl comes to the window and gives me my food in one bag. I already knew it was incomplete because pancakes don’t come in a brown bag, so my initial reaction was to check the order to see what was missing (since they’ve already given my husband an incomplete order in the past and I had to drive back to the location and get the rest of it on Labor Day) and the girl walked away, didn’t say anything (not a hi here’s your food, or a thank you) so I assume she’s going to get the rest of my items or SO I THOUGHT! After seeing about 4 cars pass me up with their orders, I call the number on the receipt. Shocker no answer. I turned back and I’m having to yell “HELLO” “HELLO MA’AM” because there’s no way of getting anybody’s attention to let the lady know that I’m still waiting. Still calling, 4 times now. At least 3 cars let her know, by pointing that I’m calling for her, still nothing. Meanwhile I’m getting aggravated and straining my neck from turning all the way back hoping someone would acknowledge me. Finally after about the 8th car drives off, someone finally came to the window. She apologizes she gives me the remainder of my order. This is unacceptable, when a car is waiting and hasn’t moved someone is to check on them. When I was able to drive away my neck hurts from staining it at the damn drive thru window. This location needs ppl who pay attention to detail, that are quicker, that comprehend basic common sense. Part of their job is to pack an order, DOUBLY check it’s right and hand it over COMPLETE. Read moreI couldn’t get back to my desk fast enough to write this, went today at 1:13pm African American female took my order in the drive thru Order : 20 piece bundle and double cheeseburger bundle , she rings up double cheeseburger and fry $3.19 for burger and 2.19 for fry and $9 for nuggets I say that’s not correct again repeat the order she then says you want a hot and spicy chicken I repeat again my order , now this is the 4th time repeating it ( mind you I hear her in the background talking to someone else ) I again say I didn’t order what’s on the screen she then says ma am you changed your order I stated I have not been saying the same order for like 4 times , she yells you did , I in return tell her that’s the problem with the new generation working fast food lack of customer skills , she responds I’m 21 , well of course I pulled off ( completely pissed ) I don’t care when you go to this McDonald’s either you have to pull in a spot (food isn’t ready ) you get the wrong order ( to many Indians and not enough chiefs) they give you half the order ,( then have an attitude because they didn’t place your items you ordered ) multiple employees coming to the window asking what was your order , do you have the receipt etc only to get your food and they don’t even say THANK YOU I’m truly disappointed as this will be my last time coming back to this location , I have tried giving multiple chances thinking the next will be better , but this was the worst
