Pepperoni's Pizza - Sienna — Restaurant in Missouri City

About a month ago my family came in out of town and my wife and I decided to order from Pepperonis Sienna Plantation.

My wife is vegan and when we ordered (which we have ordered the same pizza previously from this location) my wife described to the employee that she would like to order the exact same pizza and described for it to be vegan due to allergy (vegan and gluten free) due to allergies. We ordered and when the pizza was delivered it was 100% wrong and wasn't vegan. We did not take the pizza and informed the delivery driver of the mistake made and they informed us to call the store.

We called the location to describe the mistake and the representative said that they would get it corrected and sent back once the driver got back to the restaurant. We waited 45 minutes until the driver came back to deliver to only have the same problem occur AGAIN.

We didn't accept the pizza for the 2nd time and again was told to contact the store. This time we asked to speak to the manager, who arrived on the phone and didn't acknowledge the mistakes made not even once or both times it occurred. The manager (an old woman) then tried to blame my wife and raised her voice and argued at my wife on the phone saying that she didn't inform the representative that the pizza was to be vegan (even though she did) despite it being in the system, as that is the only pizza my wife orders for herself from that location. The manager was disrespectful, rude, and literally didn't care or acknowledge the mistake.

I had to write this review because as a client, and an entrepreneur of multiple businesses I couldn't believe that the sienna Pepperonis accepts this treatment and hired this kind of management. I now drive further to the Pepperonis near Hwy 6 and Williams trace even though it's farther because I won't ever give any of my dollars to that establishment (Pepperonis sienna) ever again and i don't believe that I'm the only one as the Pepperonis I go to now acknowledged when I described the situation at the sienna location that many customers have ordered directly from them due to the rude culture at the...

Pepperonis seems to be the only place in the area that's somewhat close to a pizzeria.

I had some issues ordering online that I didn't like. I also had issues with picking up that I also didn't like.

My hot wings were not included in the order or the cost when I paid online despite selecting the coupon in the beginning of the order and being allowed to apply it.

This caused me to need to call in and find out what went wrong.

I was put on hold and waited a short time. When they got around to me I explained my issue and my hot wings were cooked right away.

I was asked to add an additional 20 minutes of wait time to pick up my take out order due to the mishap.

When I finally arrived to pick my order up, I paid the difference for the missing hot wings but then they couldn't find my large pizza. Then they thought they gave it away. Then a new one was going to be made. Then they found it and gave me my hot wings and for the new mishap I was given a free beverage, which was nice of them.

The pizza when I got home was made correctly but was lukewarm and no longer hot. The hot wings were very fatty.

The staff at Pepperonis was nice to me and did work with me to get my order correct. It just didn't really land as it ought to have.

Unprofessional! The two girls tonight at the front cashier were extremely rude, and unhelpful. They wanted to shoo me away when they "couldn't find my order" they tried to gaslight me and even went as far as to say that there is "another Sienna Pepperoni's location" that my order is placed at, when In fact there isn't! I live here in Sienna, I would know if there is another location.And I showed them the address and phone number to the Pepperonis I placed an order at, which was set for Sienna. I even called in front of these girls, and they refused to answer the phone, because they knew it was me calling them. That's what really upset me! Greatly offended that they purposely ignored my call. The girl just let the phone rang for a good two minutes, while watching me call their pepperonis phone. Finally the manager, an older fella. Helped me figure it out and when I called the phone, he picked it up and saw that I am telling the truth. He then made sure to place an order for me, but he DID NOT offer anything for me to be compensated for my time, and my Uber driver had to wait an extra 15 mins, and I had to tip my Uber driver even more because of Pepperonis irresponsibility. Please hire more professional staff. Those girls tonight had poor service! They should not be allowed to interact with customers with that type of attitude!
