Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Missouri

I have been to this location a few times in the last couple months and all 3 times they have messed my order up last night took the cake I called and order in 2 pizza with light sauce when I got there they only uaf made one of my pizza I was running g behind and did not have another 10 mins to wait for them to fix the mistake I get home only to find not only did they not get my other pizza they gave me the wrong one again entirely when I called to complain to the manger he would not give me his name or even offer to make it right the next time I came in even though he admitted it was his mess up so I ask to speak to a district manager and he hung up on me! I called another store and then took my name and number and promised to have a district manager call me and I have never got a phone call! Not only does the staff seem like they are all stoned (which I could careless about as long as they do their job) They don't seem to want to work or care about there customers at all! I have never been to a place of business that won't let you talk to a higher management!!! I will not be going back to this...

I called ahead to make sure they had hot and ready pizzas, they said they did. I walked in stood at the counter and waited. A man walked in got his order out of the pick up box it wasn't correct he stood at the counter and waited. The irl helped him first, was very rude to him as they messed up his order. She then said you're going to have to wait I'm very busy she gets what he needs only it's the wrong flavor. A while longer she goes gets the right one throws it on the counter and says here have a great day as she walked back to other things all while I'm still standing there. Finally the entry is full of people and she says do you have an order I said no I'd like hot n ready and bread sticks. Made it seem as though it were a huge deal. I got my order no receipt was offered she just put it on the counter and walked away again. Leaving full entry way. Very rude and unprofessional whether slammed or not. Won't be going to...

Had to wait for place to open at 11am, I came in to order the lunch combo, employee acted not thrilled to be there, I had a coupon for free crazy bread and had to unstack the chairs in lobby so I could sit down. After 7-10 minutes, I got my order and left. Five minutes down the road to home and everything was already luke warm. Got home starving and took bite of the crazy bread that had no warmth to it and realized it is uncooked. Will have to bake and get it hot later in order to eat it. Deep dish four piece lunch pizza had very little cheese and too much sauce. Took a bite and entire top layer came off. While drink on my 20 oz duet Pepsi, I notice printed date on plastic bottle to expire is June 3, 2024 and today is October 24, 2024, 4+ months AFTER expire date!!!
