Shelby’s Strawberries — Local services in Springfield

I cannot recommend Shelby’s Strawberries enough! I preordered the strawberry crumble cheesecake-stuffed strawberries (which were absolutely incredible), and on one of her busiest days of the year, I asked if she had any extra regular chocolate-covered strawberries for purchase. Even though she didn’t have any on hand, she went out of her way to quickly make me three additional strawberries—two milk chocolate and one white chocolate. I was blown away by her willingness to go above and beyond!

Not only was her customer service exceptional, but she also had a little stand set up with free snacks and drinks in the fridge to show her gratitude for supporting a small business, and this truly is a small family ran business! The strawberries were delicious, and the customer service was unmatched. I’ll definitely be ordering from Shelby’s Strawberries again!...
