Poor Richard's — Restaurant in Missouri

Came here with a party of five first time customer, and it will be the last. Susan was my waitress, she was extremely rude scoffed at us when we walked in because we stood near the door confused since it’s a seat yourself place and there wasn’t a table large enough for us. She acted like it was a bother to serve us, immediately felt unwelcome. Took 10 minutes to even be spoken to, then waited another 10 minutes for drinks. Which the establishment isn’t that large and wasn’t that busy. Iv worked in food so I’m very understanding when it comes to service, but she was just completely rude and uncalled for. When we got our food my son was left for at least 10 minutes without food and when he did received it was still missing items, and when she came to check on us after 15 minutes I let her know what we were missing, she laughed in my face and said it wasn’t her fault but she’s my only form of contact. So she’s who I would talk to about it, once it was fixed she completely avoided us until we sat there and all looked at her to get the bill. She refilled one drink on the table and all of us were out for more then half the meal. There were 4 of us and one was African American. We sat there longer than we should have waiting on a menu. It was a bit busy so I wasn't making a big deal out of it. The girl came up and asked if we had been given menu's yet? No, we haven't. So she gives us menu's and walks away. The same girl walks to a table with a couple that came in after we did. She hands them a menu and asks them if they know what they would like to drink? I guess she didn't care what we wanted to drink. I don't know what the problem was but we didn't stay to find out. My son in laws skin color shouldn't determine how we get our service. He's a hard working man than goes to work every day to support his family. This is a place that will not get anymore of my family's money. I was very disappointed to see this happen. When I said let's go somewhere that deserves our money and we left, my 5 year old grandson was upset because he thought we were stealing. I had to explain to him that we had not even had water. We only looked at the menu's. No food was ordered. How crazy that he thought somehow we did something wrong. Someone's morals were jacked up that day but it...

Poor customer service. I went to poor Richards before I had to be at work with my kids and boyfriend. We ordered wings and chicken tenders a loaded nacho and steak fries. The chicken tenders tasted like fish. The loaded nachos were disgusting my son wouldn't touch them. The wings were all grissle. The steak fries never were brought out due to the fact that apparently she missed that on the order. So also no refills. I had to track the waitress down for my check. She asked if everything was okay. I told her that the main problem was the nachos were gross and she didn't bother to offer to get the manager or see about taking the untouched food off the check. When we left I stopped at McDonalds so my kids and us could get some food to eat after spending $40 on food that was horrible and was pretty much untouched when I parked the car at McDonalds I started throwing up. So tonight at work I was checking my balance of my card and what do you know there was $5 extra charged to my card. I am going up there first thing tomorrow because someone needs to be fired for stealing money off my card. Will never...
