I visited Trueman's Place on a Sunday afternoon with two friends. The parking lot was about 3/4 full. Going into Trueman's, it has a cozy feel. Lots of local High School memorabilia on the walls - this is a family-friendly place. It was pretty full, but we found an open table tucked around the corner from the front door. Once seated, we were greeted quickly. The service was great; the waitresses were quick & attentive - it was notable. The menu is typical for what you'd expect at a bar & grill. I did not eat, but my friend had the Reuben, which was a little short on meat, but apparently it was tasty. I had a bottled beer and a shot of Patron, which was surprisingly inexpensive. Overall the experience was good. I'm glad I went and I won't hesitate to go back.

I only came here because i saw the review picture of the fried wings. So i ordered 20 piece wing. Asked that they be fried extra crispy. I asked if the bread them they said no. So I asked for mines to be half naked and half sauced because she said they toss them in sauce. And I added a fry. Well as you can see from my pictures the real pictures um the wings are soggy and scorched, fries flimsy i wouldn't buy this food from Walmart with foodstamps. No season salt nothing. I went to White Castle

We have been here several times, their top shelf long island tea is great. Disappointed with my Ruben tonight. I brought this to the managers attention and sadly his response was this is how they make it??? I showed him a pic of a traditional Ruben, he shrugged his shoulders and said he would take it off my bill. Would you order this from Trueman's??

Literally the worst place that I’ve ever been to. The service is trash. The wings are trash. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I went here on the way home after a long night hoping that I could grab some wings in a few minutes the whole place nobody was ordering food. I was the only person that had ordered food maybe one to other people and it took me 30 minutes to get wings at 8 at night. Then when I had asked for a box right away, they didn’t get me a check. I had to wait another 20 minutes after I already asked the lady to get me my tab, and when I was leaving, she certainly remembered that I had to have a plastic containers, but couldn’t remember over the past hour that I was there to get my check or ask me how anything was where to check on my food or any of the other common sense customer service things, but she could remember to take shots at the end of the bar with another...

Nice lil bar with good food. Our car broke down and we were able to get it into this parking lot and decided to take a dinner break. Note that there are multiple food options in this parking lot but we made a good choice with Truemans.

We started with happy hour nachos and they were good. I was excited to learn they had a meatloaf dinner special and that is what I opted for. No gravy on mine. The meatloaf was thick and tasty, the potatoes were amazing. Hubby ordered a hot ham and cheese and enjoyed it. We finished with funnel fries - stress eat much?! lol - and those were SO GOOD! Def splurge on those if you are around here!

Service was standard. There were a few employees working the whole area and training an employee as well. Food all arrived very timely.

Didn't love that the smoking area is outside tables directly in front of the door and you have to walk through that...
