Had a supper yesterday, planned to stay only for an hour but unexpectedly enjoyed the meals that made me sit over 2 hours, enjoying a bunch of sashimis, carefully made sushis, a glass of nice warm sake as accompany, and a few glasses of delectable beers.
The sushi chefs here are very friendly, but at the same time they are taking their professionalism really seriously. Every sushis they made are presentable, each bite of sashimis show that each slice possesses tremendous amount of experience to handle the dish and commitment to choose the best suppliers to provide the best for their customers.
Tried their hot appetizers as well, such as Crab Rangoons and Soft Shell Crab, they were flavorful, but I still prefer their cold appetizers from their sushi bar.
Their sashimi appetizer is must try if you are into raw fish. Tuna carpaccio has a different way to enjoy tuna since it is slightly submerged in their special sauce, altering the taste from the first bite to the end.
Their mackerel sashimi, yellowtail sashimi, and unagi sashimi are the best! Dont skip the salmon belly sashimi if you have the chance, since they are not always in stock. The fatty mouthfeel and slight chewiness make you to crave more and more.
Kudos to sushi master William and his team to make the dining experience yesterday very remarkable and unforgettable.
For price to quality ratio, my brief opinion, it is worth the buck to enjoy the impressive dining experience and best of their sushi - sashimi high quality ingredients.
Not only they have amazing quality of foods, their service are excellent as well, especially from kind Andrew.
Really love to support this kind of excellent...

Decided to give it a shot and we were really surprised but how good the restaurant overall.
Was greeted warmly by the Hostess, and served by the kind and nimble Andrew, we felt the sincere service from him.
Really amazed by all the foods we ordered, from appetizers to sushis, and hibachi as well.
We didnt take many pictures since we stuffed ourselves with all the delicious foods.
The way they plate the foods was out of our expectations, and the taste was perfect.
The service from the server, Andrew, was perfect as well. He knows all the stuffs from A to Z, answered all our questions patiently, and paid a lot of attention to our situation, timely to refill our drink, and gave us napkins at the right time.
We sat at the bar to pay attention to how the sushi chef handled our sushi rolls, and he handled our rolls with precision and speed of a master.
Really, really an amusing experience, seeing a master at work up close.
If you wanna pay a visit, please treat yourself to sit at the sushi bar, and request to be served by Andrew.
You will enjoy a comfortable dining experience with exquisite and extraordinary foods from the best sushi chef.
Didnt try the hibachi show since we loved quiet situation, but the hibachi sounds really lively, will try next time when we are in town.
See you again, Watami...

As someone who has travelled extensively around the world and even had hibachi many times across the US this place is EXCELLENT. Not for MO but for anywhere in the US.
The sushi uses very fresh tasting fish. Prepared very well and served nicely. I’m not going to say it’s the best sushi I’ve ever had but for Missouri I doubt you’ll get much better.
Now, the hibachi was the best I’ve ever had. No exaggeration at all. The beef portions are VERY generous and the quality is excellent. The fried rice was very well flavored and not overly greasy. The vegetables and seafood cooked to perfection.
You realistically get two massive meals out of it. I have a big appetite and still had a pretty sizable to go box for a full generous lunch the next day.
Pricing is honestly pretty reasonable as a result. It’s an absolutely insane amount of food and the quality of the ingredients is phenomenal.
Definitely give them a try (especially...
