Taco Bell — Restaurant in Poplar Bluff

Workers r nice enough but it is very slow and if you go into dining room to order food to go, they will make you wait way too long while they are trying to push Window orders thru. And food will be wrong 90% of the time. I sat for almost 20 mins waiting for my food 1 burrito Supreme, 1 cheesy Gordita crunch and a soda, and was only person inside as far as customers...but sat there waiting and watched them keep pushing mine back while they did more window orders. Then To top it all off order was wrong and forgot to charge me for the soda so Instead of giving me a free soda for the wait and for the mess up and wait more, no they charge me for a soda and I pay, then left. Got home and was checking my online bank doing my math for the day and guess what....charged me the entire meal a Second time. Not just a soda. Call them and they say just bring in proof. My receipts. I told them I can show my bank statement and they said had to be receipts. I told them I have Second receipt but I handed first one to cashier when he needed to see if he charged me for a soda. He didn't hand it back, just the receipt for 2nd charge and I didn't even look I threw it in bag cuz I wanted out of there. He said sorry we can't do anything about that u must have ur receipt. Ewwwwww...

You get Zero Stars only gave you 1 because it won't let you post with None. So today I got the Double Chalupa, on a to go order when I got to the house to eat it Bogus !! 😞. All I received was a Double amount of Chalupa Shell and minimum amount of Filling. And it wasn't random because I ordered 2 of them and they both Sucked. Either the Taco Bell staff didn't understand the reason for a Bigger size Shell or As usual they Are just Too lazy to Make More filling. I've been eating Taco Bell since the Early 70's and the Two In Poplar Bluff Missouri Are By Far the Top of the list for The Worst Service And The Most Pitiful example of a otherwise enjoyable fast food product. Some of us Regular taco Bell patrons actually Show up to eat Being Sober and expect to Get A product that Is Advertised as DOUBLE THE SIZE OF THE NORMALLY SERVED PRODUCT. Two orders combined did not even come close to what One Double Chalupa...

Absolutely horrifying the lady at the front counter rushed us on ordering so bad that my daughter has an anxiety attack and cried!!! Then she refused to read the order back, also refused to give a receipt and somehow everything we ordered was over 50 dollars we didn't order that much and definitely not going to go back after watching the same lady be so sweet to other customers but us we weren't rude to her at all. I definitely will not give a place our business after being hateful, judgemental and making one of my kids cry not acceptable period!!! Not to mention the place wasn't clean very good and the other lady working had the men's restroom tied up so male customers made the other restroom disgusting. Y'all need some...
