Purchased a washer/dryer set from Thunes. First I would like to state that really for sales and service they outshine ANY so called competition in this town. They enthusiastically help you with your purchase decision. They don't sit behind the counter and point in the general direction of the appliance your looking for. They walk with you, explain each products pluses. They actually truly want your business. We have purchased several products over the years with the same excellent service. The delivery and set up crew again is just as excellent as the sales group. They had a tough installation area in our closet, but did the job with a smile and great professionalism. THEY TRULY DESERVE...

I could not be more happy with today’s delivery of my washer and dryer. Chris and Zack did an amazing job. Not only did they install my washer and dryer. They took out 3 old ones from my basement. They replaced hoses and my dryer vent. They were friendly, very knowledgeable, hard working and polite. Biting my first ever BRAND NEW washer and dryer was the best experience ever. I don’t remember my salesman’s name in the store but he was also very patient and informative. So glad I went to Thunes. Hopefully Chris and Zack will be the ones to deliver my new Fridge in a couple months....
