Stood at the counter for a few minutes while someone was counting money in the register drawer. Several employees walked by and finally he looked up at me and yelled to the back for someone to come to the front. A girl sauntered from the very back slowly. When she got to the register she just looked at me. She asked him to activate her register. When he did she just continued to stand there. Never asked “can I help”, “what do you want”… nothing. Later, at the counter, four employees literally were surrounding me as one employee was ordering her lunch. A young man brought me my tray and as I asked for jelly and ketchup he just walked away. I stood there as the other employees joked and had a good time until finally the man counting the money drawer asked, “you need something else boss man?” Fountain drinks are missing most of their labels as indicated in my pictures. The customer service was awesome and I'm thankful for their...

I miss the days when people used to be thankful for having a job and being taught that without customers... they'd have no job... entitlement is literally a virus killing the things we once loved. It'd be wonderful if people just paid us money to exist... but that isn't how life works. Maturity, gratitude and even healthy joy in a job well done... are oddly becoming dinosaurs...
