My mother had every right to ask why two officers are standing at their party section and no one else’s party section.

It is a shame that the white female worker called her police officer husband to my niece’s party section for no reason. No one committed a crime and no one intended to commit a crime. If there was confusion about the number of children who were present it could have been resolved without the intimidating presence of the working sheriff and an off duty police officer. My mother asked the off duty officer why are you in this party section. His response was “That is my wife, I can be where ever I want to be. My family had a horrible experience and yes it is due to the fact that they are BLACK. These officers did not go near the white family sections but my family. I am angry and we will NEVER book a party here again. Thank you for creating an unnecessary and embarrassing experience for my niece and my family. You all should be ashamed. I will also make a formal complaint to your cooperate office. There was no reason for the white female to call her police officer husband up there to my family’s section. No one gave her a difficult time about paying extra money for the extra children who attended without letting them know. My brother was calm and willing to take care of the 89.00 difference for the extra guest of children without any issues. This should of been handled better. You all should be ashamed causing a scene at a three year old’s birthday party. HORRIBLE!!! All of this over 89.00 funky dollars. This is the type of situations we get so sick of dealing with. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the female worker decides to assume there is about to be a problem over 89.00 dollars. HORRIBLE!

I just received a call from my sister stating that the owner stated if I do not take this post down they will charge the credit card for 89.00. I will not take anything down. If you charge the card you are definitely being spiteful and malicious. We will report this to the authorities. You have no right to change your mind because of an honest review. Your staff needs to be held accountable for their behavior. The issue that needs to be addressed is how my family was mistreated at your venue. Do not ever make threats. You all were wrong and we stand on that.

Unauthorized charges are illegal. You better think twice and real careful before you do that buddy. To have the audacity to charge someone’s card because of an honest review about a family’s experience speaks volumes about the owner’s character too. You should be ashamed...

This place was horrible experience for my granddaughter 3rd birthday party. The white female worker harassed us over $89.00 due to extra kids attending the birthday party that we knew nothing about. So, the female worker ask the on duty Sheriff to come around to our event just in case something occurred. Why? Then the white female worker call her husband that’s a Mobile Police officer to come to her place of employment because you thought something was going to happen. We are not them type of people. We are sick of white people stereotyping black people. My mother ask why all this is necessary and why are you here. He stated that’s my wife and I can be where I want to. Mobile Police Department is a joke and I say this across the board. I have many family members that are apart of the Mobile Police Department and 50 to 60 percent “Do Not “ need to wear a badge. The Mobile County Sheriff that was working and came to our table was very nice and did not throw his wait around at all. He politely said that the worker ask him to come to our table. We weren’t loud or upset about anything. My brother said I will go and pay the 89.00 but when he got to desk the lady said don’t worry about it. My brother came back and said to the party stated what she said. Now, on yesterday Sunday because of a review my sister put up you want to charge 89.00 because the review said something about being racists. You are basically threatening with malicious intent because of someone opinion. That’s what a review is for to let the public know what our experience was at a establishment. I spoke with the owner today and basically he said I can change my mind. Then he says it’s a theft of service! Really, after the worker said don’t worry about and on top of that we waited around another 45 minutes for parents to pickup there kids. Get Air SUCKS. BY FAR THE WORST AMUSEMENT EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!! The management is terrible, all the workers lean on the walls while on their phones and are not attentive to the kids playing around them. One little girl got hurt one time i was there and none of the workers paid her any attention. She hurt her ankle by jumping from the hightower and was told to just go to front desk. Nobody came to assist her or make sure she was okay. Later at our party the party host dropped our drinks and instead of cleaning up the mess and bringing more, we had to purchase two more drinks for the party and only half of the kids from the party were allowed to jump at one time. The other half were told that they could not leave the party area. Furious just like the rest of the parents we left and my son harris was not able to finish his birthday off the way he wanted due to very poor service. I strongly advise anyone else not to go there. They are outrageously expensive, charging $22 a kid just to jump on trampolines for 2 hours. Also there is no variety of activities for the kids. They have a main trampoline, a high jump, and small obstacle course. The kids were not amused sadly and as a parent it was a total heartbreak to know that you let your kids down. I really expected more and im very disappointed. I told the manager of how bad our experience was and he said once ive paid and my time is up he is no longer responsible for anything that happens and that he said we could retry another party another day but it would still be full price and no one helped us load or unload party supplies as we arrived.
