Panda Express — Restaurant in Mobile

As I entered the restaurant I noticed nobody and I mean absolutely nobody behind the counter, I noticed a scrum of about 5 ppl in the parking lot break up and trickle back in the restaurant. Me at the counter, 2 patrons eating, they ALL come in from the parking lot and start making and handling food, one guy came in w gloves on and didn't change them. After being told someone will be with me as togo plates were made, I was nicely met by an employee whom I kindly asked to wash her hands before preparing my food, as I saw they were all just outside. She did no issue, she made my food- it was ok at best. The crab Rangoon were rock hard shells that were so old the crab baked to the shell and one had no filling at all its like it melted out. Couldn't....not just didn't but I COULDN'T eat the crab Rangoon bc I couldn't bite into them. All in all.....I'll never do this Panda Express again.....as of current I'm good on having NO Panda Express from anywhere from this experience.....complete waste of $12 with the other restaurant options close by. I ordered a regular plate with both entrees today containing grilled teriyaki chicken. I was also excited to redeem a free kids meal business card that was provided to me on a previous visit. The kids meal's main entree was also grilled teriyaki chicken.

I patiently waited 10 minutes for my food as the drive-thru employee asked me to pull around to the front. I get all the way home, and I realize that there isn't teriyaki sauce at all for any of my order's entrees. I called the store, and spoke with an argumentative manager named Miguel.

I was told I could drive all the way back up there for the sauce, or they could make sure I get sauce the next time. None of my frustration was met with any kind of empathy, and I was argued with during every point I tried making with him.

Panda Express is amazing! I am so delighted that there is one in my area. This is the newest location and close to my home. Their orange chicken is amazing! I get that selection each time I visit. I frequent this location often. The staff isn't as friendly as I'd like. They are tolerable, but, not too courteous. It's best to know what you want, maybe pull up the menu before you go to the drive thru. They seemingly rush you and seem somewhat irritable. The young lady that was working the window barely spoke, did not smile, And looked at me in a very unfriendly way.
