HART'S FRIED CHICKEN — Restaurant in Mobile

Pulled up to the drive thru. Waited 10 mins for someone to even take my order. When we got to the window we seen bags sitting on the counter and was wondering if that was ours and how they had it made before we even ordered it. Finally got my order taken got to the window the lady at the window could barely walk so she went to the back very slowly and another 30 mins goes by and I still didnt get my food. While waiting we seen 5 workers doing nothing but getting drinks amd pouring then out after a couple sips. One lady looked like she was doped up on something she was a zombie behind the counter. This place is like those videos you see of those people drugged up not taking orders. Working for nothing but a paycheck. Place was nasty when you look in the drive thru window. I would not recommend anybody come here at all. Avoid this place. Keep going further down dip to the one by bishop state. The lady finally come back to the window grabbed the bag off the counter anf gave it to me. Yes i took it just to see and they was sooooooo nasty. They gave me some food somebody else didn't want and then left it sitting on the counter at the window for over 20 mins. DO...

I went to harts at 11:00am Sunday morning. When they opened we waited to be served and the young lady didn't even say hi, to me that means she isn't about customer service she is what we call a order taker. The floor was so sticky I thought A was going to walk out of my shoes cause the floor was so sticky. The soda machine was not even set up we had to aks someone to set it up. If it wasn't for that fact that the food is good I'd go elsewhere. I was the second person thru the door and it's now been 30min. I have watched people after I ordered get their food. All I ordered is 2 2pcs with tots that took 34min. Unexceptable. I will be calling corporate office. When I asked to speak to the manager she came upfront and jump on the register and never said...

I visited this Hart's restaurant Oct. 1, 2016 and place my order at 1:43 p.m., according to my receipt. I ordered a chicken tenders sandwich and a Coke. I waited. Others customers came and went. Fifteen minutes passed, and I and a few other customers (who had ordered after me) asked where our orders were. Those customers got their orders, I did not. I asked again about my order, and I finally got it after a few more minutes. I left the store with my take-out order. I got in my car and started to eat my sandwich. The tenders were luke-warm, and the bun was cold - like it had just come out of the refrigerator. I called in while on the road and reported my displeasure, and the person who answered said, "thank you," and hung up. I will never visit this...
