This is not a restaurant chain. This is where the locals come to eat awesome Cafe food. Every plate of food is made with love.

I had breakfast. The breakfast was delicious.

The restaurant was clean for being an old building.

The service was amazing.

Thanks for a great experience. I will be back.

I am a sucker for a good burger and in all of the conversations and/or articles on Mobile’s best burger joint, Roshell’s inevitably receives a mention. My wife and I have been in Mobile for four years now so a visit was well overdue. We arrived at about 3:30 to find two or three occupied tables and an order window with the same number of patrons. We sat in the dining room and our waitress immediately took our drink orders and left us with our menus. I quickly decided on a Jalapeño Cheese Steer with fries and my wife and she n both ordered Bacon Cheese Steers with onion rings. Our orders arrived in a timely fashion and were hot and fresh. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The burgers and toppings were fresh and delicious. My wife enjoyed her onion rings in particular stating they were delicious and had a nice crunch when bitten into. If I had any complaints about our experience it would be the state of the restaurant. It’s well overdue for a spring cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. That’s not necessarily a deal breaker but Roshell’s is a bit of a local long time favorite and with good reason, good food, reasonable prices and friendly and helpful staff. BE WARNED HER MENU HAS CHANGED !!!! I had been a fan of Roshell's food for quite a few years now. Today my mother and I went to Roshell's for lunch. We order 2 fried fish sandwiches. Her original menu sold all sandwiches with Lay's potato chips and a sliced dill pickle. Today, apparently the menu had been changed. When I called and inquired on why I did not receive the 2 items with my fish sandwich I was told by the cashier that, the menu had been changed and the chips were now an additional 50 cents, still no explanation on the pickle. So I hung up the phone. After taking a moment to think about I called back to express my concern to Roshell the owner. BIG MISTAKE, that woman had the nastiest attitude and disposition I have ever known a business owner to have. I asked her was she seriously charging people $7 for a fried fish sandwich and her response was she sells them all day everyday. Never apologized for the misunderstanding and never tried to make things right. Although the food is good, is nothing I cant get anywhere else. And with a owner with an attitude such as hers, it makes the food even less "SPECIAL". GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE WHO WILL SPEND $7 ON A SIMPLE FRIED FISH...
