Last couple of times I came i was not impressed. This time I came and stood in line, because of the corona thing I assume, the ticket roller was outside which I and several others passed. The dark skinned woman acts like she has a chip on her shoulder sometimes....I explained that I didnt see the ticket thing because ppl were crowded around the door trying to read the signs but she definitely saw me in line. She wanted me pull a ticket and get behind 7 other ppl🥱.....Naw I'm good I'll take my money elsewhere....I've been a customer for easily 3 years at least but today that attitude finally lost me. Will not be back. She is very temperamental. I easily spend AT LEAST $60. But hey the crawfish is good. She is very good at making sure orders are in and out but if she could be more consistent with her attitude and the manner in which she addresses people she'll be even better at her job which would definitely help this place. What time do you all open and close. Google isn't correct. I arrive an almost 2 hours before close and yall are not cooking food anymore? This is like the 4th time within a week I've came to get food and either not open on time or closed when they should be open according to...

On July 5th my sister in law and I went there to purchase fish, fish and snow crab legs. The service we receive from the so call young man with the braces was awful. He was very nasty and disrespectful to us. We ask for his name. He refused to give it to us. But he stood there talking to another employee about what is wrong with these two people. What was wrong was your knowledge of what takes to serve the public. We make your pay check. If your boss can't sell any seafood. You want get paid. The other employee to whom he was speaking to was the only one that had common sense and nice. Will come back to mobile but I will not under no circumstances will spend my money...

The owner is a great and generous guy who always donate to the needs in the community’s The only way he could continue that is if we continue to support his business. This business will accommodate and please their customers if need to be. They will come in hours early to cook a big order or even pack seafood for you if you’re from out of town.
