Smoothie King — Restaurant in Mobile

Not a lot of reviews exist because no one wants to say. Customer service here is ify. They serve you the drink you pay for as if they did you a favor. Not that they were grateful for the order or whatever they write on that cup. Attitudes here does not reflect the effort their apps make to get you into the store. Yes, they also always close the door 1 to 2 hours early for those coming prior to closing. At the drive through, if you drive a car they will look down on you from that window. We haven't gotten our SUV back as yet. But, people like us enjoy knowing people's true feelings. Not sure if the blck male is the owner but, very ify as well. About the drinks; was really great stuff. Here though, it became all powdered stuff. Like you're a baby & they are feeding you formula. If you know anything about the issues of powder. You'll end up gasy from the drinks here +. After a few months, I believe they seek knew customers and new staff because of this. Can you taste the ingredients?! You'll taste a lack of fruits and just powders except the green drinks. Green ify! Overall, very empty drinks. I hope perhaps real fruits are still at a location for this franchise somewhere though not here in these drinks. As your drinks became a wonder (GAS). & service & smiles became ify. I now leave...

First terrible review. So sad. 🙅‍♀️ 👎🏼👎🏼. I Can’t really rate the food but can the service when the door is locked so you can’t even really order anything. The hours state that you’re open but yet the door is locked and there are people working in there so that doesn’t make sense. There is a car sitting in the drive-thru and clearly the sign says open. If you can’t walk in put a sign up. I want to read the menu. I would love to give you a good review I love smoothie king. I get it by my work all the time. Great experience at this location until today Tyler and Alexis were horrible at making a chocolate peanut power plus. I literally go here daily. I Gave two back because they tasted like straight milk. Tyler’s response was “you know it has milk in it right” lol it has dates in it too but i don’t expect a smoothie titled “Chocolate Peanut Power Plus” to only taste like dates.
