I brought a string of pearls (actual pearls not beads) in to be restrung and they lost them. I went back several times and was told the owner wasn’t in. I left my name and number and no one ever called. Finally I went in and the person there admitted they lost them. The owner did call me after that but there was never a resolution, I’m just out a string of pearls that was a gift...

The owner and employees of this store are extremely rude and always have been. They are demeaning to my children and their friends. This is not a kid or family friendly store. We will never go back.
