I went in to get a habanero club wrap like always and I noticed that I was only getting half the meat that I usually get. The guy was pretty new (first time I ever saw him) and was looking at a cheat sheet on how much meat to put on each sandwich. When I asked about the meat he insisted that was all I was supposed to get. (Sir I buy this wrap at least twice a week). I asked the manager what was supposed to come on the wrap and she called out what I was supposed to have. I opened the wrap and told him that was clearly not what I had on this wrap to which he replied "the only thing you're missing is a slice of ham and roast beef" then went further on to say "You "aint" rubbing me the wrong way, I can remake it because it don't matter to me I am on the clock". No rise out of me today young man.......I simply stated no thank you asked for my refund which the manager so graciously gave me and apologized and I went to another subway and had my wrap done correctly. However, I wasted 16 minutes of my 1 hour lunch break. Young man.....next time just give me what I paid for minus the attitude. You were wrong.....it happens....own it and correct it. I knocked on the window and a girl came from the back and motioned that I had to come inside. When I came inside the other girl was sitting down in a booth - I assume she was on the clock because a customer came in after me and she got up to take their order. I asked if they use the drive thru and was told no. I said the sign in the window was lit up and she said āI didnāt see it.ā So, even though she had attitude and was giving me a ādeath glareā I ordered my sandwich. After toasting it she didnāt ask what else I wanted on it she just stared at me. Really?!?! Oh, I forgot to mention that I just came from having physical therapy on my hip and thatās why I went to this Subway, because it had a drive-thru. I definitely wonāt ever go...

I waited for a while (I work at a drive thru so I understand how it can be sometimes.) I finally asked after about 8 minutes if they forgot about me. Nobody answered and I waited a bit more.
