The taco bell at Cottage Hill used to be a good place but the service is terrible now. Made an online order and waited thirty minutes before going to pick it up. Had to wait 15 minutes with a short line to get the food. The order was missing half and no receipt. Called back and informed them and they said I drove off before they could hand me the rest which wasn't true. They handed me a large bag and said have a nice day. Got home and half was missing and the other half was incorrect. So went back to get the rest of the order and went through the line for another 15 minutes. Was told at the drive thru they didn't know until someone asked my name and said you're good pull up. Then got to the window and was met with the first person who handed us the other bag who first wanted to know what was missing. Told her they had told me it was waiting. She wanted to know where my receipt was. Told her she didn't give me one and again. Then she asked me again what was missing. Someone inside finally had to show her the bag and she handed it to me, no apology and I left. The order is still wrong. Will never go back to that location. Worst customer...

I waited by the intercom, even saying helloooo. I know clocks are not always the same, so I drove to the pick up window and waited. I could see a guy cleaning the top of something right near the window. Figured no one is anxious to ever go to work and I was not really in a hurry.
A minute or more later, a lady came to the window and said "WE'RE CLOSED." She said nothing about when they would even open. I asked her if they opened at 10am [ Maybe the web page was wrong - it's been known to happen & covid 19 has changed stuff!]. She then screamed, angrily, WERE ARE CLOSED, started walking away and was saying 'something happened.' The correct answer would have been "Sorry, we are not open now, please return at XX:XX and we will be happy to take your order."
I did not need the angry looks or the attitude, no matter what happened in the restaurant. NOT my 1st bad encounter with...

Made an online order last night , cashier was rude with me because she didn't answer the speaker when I pulled up for my app order and came to the window, per her demand I drove around and back thru the drive thru line, she then neglected to give me all the items in my order as well as the drink.. tonight I came through at 11:51 pm close is not until midnight, she said they are closed.. I asked about the closing time and her response was that they are required my management to be out of the building by midnight so there is either a lack of ethics in the building or poor communication between upper and middle management, either way there is an issue. I am displeased and likely won't be continuing to order from here until I know a change is made. I will simply give my money to the Tillman's corner and Airport...
